Love the people that are working in the store amazing customer service skills that show, best store all around in bouglusa, great deals, with LOW prices!!! Amazed at the service in bush and sun even works In crossroads and everywhere I have traveled to. Peaches and M.J are the super stars of this store and have been great at answering any of my concerns questions and phone plans and promos. All around 11/10 I'd give more stars if I could.

They told me a phone was gonna be 199. Then they told me $280..??? Anyway I called Boost Mobile got the phone I wanted. Stay far away! Save yourself some time and go directly through boost online online! Better deals anyway

If I could I would give it a zero. My husbands phone has not worked in a month and mine for 2 weeks. Been trying to call the store and days no answer and then one day the man who answered stated he was in Picayune, MS as this location was having phone issues. Called customer service and person could not help me then someone messaged me after the review I gave for the awful customer service. Long story short I am out $140.00 and I would run before you waste your hard earned money with this business!!!!!

Terrible service. I can't even use the website to switch my services to another phone. I also lose service in areas that are not far from where I live. My intetnet completely slows down when I go to another side of town. They may have great deals but all around its just terrible service. I'm on the edge of switching to another carrier unless the do fix all these issues.
