I was surprised that they had the part I went looking for at a reasonable price. The only thing I didn't think was that it took a long time to find out what the replacement part was about. But for everything else excellent.

The expertise from staff from Ms. Hillary in the parts and the sweet lady (Maybe Melissa?) in the service department, Mr. Elmer and Mr. Harley and Mr Randy and the awesome service tech of course who installed my new part (passenger mirror) I drive from almost 3 hours out it’s worth every mile!!!!

I've been a customer for more years than I can count, but I'm debating going back. I went for an oil change in the Jeep, OIL CHANGE only. I declined a tire rotation. They said they did the oil change, tire rotation and a recall service. Get home and look at my bill, I was charged for a rotation that I specifically declined. Called back and sure enough, their notes said NO TIRE ROTATION. I pulled my last bill - same thing. I'm not sure what NO means anymore. Apparently you just get charged for what they feel inclined to service despite your specific request. So I'll get a credit next time. Pfft - I don't think there will be a next time.The sun is finally out so we get to see this little surprise, old sticker residue and a greasy hand/arm print on the windshield. The extra effort to be as dirty as possible is appreciated.?
