It used to be one of the best stores around here. Last few months, customer service sucks particularly in the deli and meat market. After having another bad experience, I will just drive 20 minutes to Kroger. Stay away from this store.

If I could give them a zero, I would. So I give you: a one.
Working here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The people are self serving and manipulative and racist. I was bullied numerous times during my time spent working here. BY GROWN ADULTS. The store director is utterly inept at hiring functional management. The bakery and deli are incredibly toxic work environments, as well as wildly unsanitary.

Ms. Heather provided our teachers with meals, beverages, and snacks for our teacher appreciation week. I was blown away by what Brookshire’s provided. We are so thankful for your generosity!! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Store is very clean and stocked. Thank you again for making our teachers feel special!!
