Brought my F-150 truck in to have a small dent repaired. Leigh was
very pleasant while we waited for Rick to arrive. Rick took about 10 minutes to repair the dent and the charge was minimal. I had been quoted a price of $1200 by a dealership body shop the day before. The repair work was outstanding you can't tell there was a dent. I know where I will go if I need any more body work done.

Fast Fix is just that, Fast and just because it is fast doesn't mean you're not getting quality work I brought my jeep wrangler to them with extensive hail damage to the hood, I gave it to them on a Friday afternoon and picked it up before noon the next day and friends and neighbors believe me when I say I was 100% satisfied with their work. When it comes to dings dents and hail damage Rick and his wife Leigh are who you need to see, these folks are good at what they do and the prices are very reasonable.

Fast Fix did a great job on my vehicle. They were super nice and had my repair finished on time. I was recommended to them by a body shop in Minden that told me that this is where they send their hail damaged vehicles.
I would definitely use them again.

Had a basic insurance claim job for him. Rear bumper replacement and insurance inspection for any other possible damage to rear axle. He's mostly a dent shop, but I gave him this job because it was supposed to be easy. (The bumper on this vehicle was meant to be taken off and replaced in 2 hours or less as it's an off-road vehicle.) If any other damage was found it would've been handled by another shop after he fixed the bumper.
He tried to paint a damaged part and pass it off as not needing a replacement. Upon delivery back to me the bumper was hanging loose, the part I specifically said would need to be replaced (prior to the first estimate) was sanded and painted (poorly), and clearly bent. It threw the whole bumper off. And when I said something about it he tried to act like I was imagining the problem. Then I asked if he took it to an alignment shop, he said no, then proceeded to tell me he would take it to the certain shop after making it right and finishing the job.
5 days later he brings it back, finally looks okay, and I ask him if he took for an insurance inspection at the alignment shop. He said "yes". I asked for some documentation about the inspection. He could not provide any documentation because he lied about having taken it there. Turns out he had someone that works at a different alignment shop draft a bogus letter with the wrong year and vin, saying an inspection was completed.
He lied many times, he cut corners, it took a month to get the bumper replaced, and I still have an open insurance claim because I have to take it to another shop just to have the insurance inspection completed like he said he would (and said he did). I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My son had a gnarly dent on his brand-new SUV and the dealership wasn’t sure it could even be repaired without having to do major stuff and repaint the area. Thankfully the dealership recommended me to Rick with Fast Fix Dent Repair and he was able to fix it without having to disassemble anything or repaint anything. It was so quick and easy to have this taken care of with Fast Fix Dent Repair and I will definitely use them again in the future when needed.
