I came to this office to inquire about the passport renewal process, and Ms. Rhonda, at the front desk was amazing! She was unable to assist with the process, but she was kind enough to share the "Best kept secret with me" and I knew where to go to acquire the help I needed! When I return to have it posted, she made sure everything was taken care of, and She is one of a kind! Ms. Demy was also as helpful; so, don't hesitate to ask them if you needed assistance. They're more than just what you may perceive them to be. Keep up the good work, guys!

This post office is awesome!!!!! I have been to many and I have never had a staff so helpful. I had just moved to Belle Chasse and my address had not been verified so it was impossible for me to receive my mail. The manager Ashley went over and beyond to help me and my wife. She did everything she could to help me receive my mail. Whenever I called the phone was answered by her or one of her staff members. I was always greeted with a smile when I walked in. This place deserves five stars and the manager deserves a promotion for all her hard work and dedication.

Great service when they come. I need more consonant service to get my mail out on a timely basis. I call the Belle Chasse office and the phone hangs up after it rings a few times.

Called 7 times to get my brothers package redelivered to his barracks and no one will answer, no idea how I can get the package at this point. Why isn’t anyone online??

Usually they deliver on time, but when there is issue they never answer the phone. I try to call whenever it says my mail has arrived and is in my mailbox because the statuse will say "delivered in or at the residents mailbox", but when I check my mailbox it is empty. So I call to figure out what the issue is and they nearly never pick up the phone.Their customer service in store is great, but over the phone almost does not exist. I love that you can walk in and it is always friendly, but I really wish that there was a way to contact them when I am not able to just go to the office to figure out what happened.

I put my mail on hold from May 13, 2022 to be hand delivered June 13, 2022 and I still have no mail!!!!!!!! We lost the sale of our house due to their negligence and I still do not have my mail!!!!!!

Water bill is always late.This happens almost every month.I have been stuck with overdue charges on my water bill because it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the post office to deliver it, and the water department is RIGHT HERE in BELLE CHASSE.This isn't rocket science!How hard is it for the post office to deliver a bill IN THE SAME TOWN IT WAS MAILED FROM, BEFORE THE BILL IS OVERDUE????I called the water dept. and they mail all the bills on the first of the month, so it took TWENTY-ONE DAYS to arrive!

Customer service is the best!!! I have a small business so I go every day! and these ladies are the best always very helpful. Sometimes I go late and they still will get my packages.

Worst post office ever !! Routinely do not get packages delivered with a false claim of door or mailbox inaccessible. Which is a lie it conveniently says this at the end of the day so they just don’t feel like delivering anymore. None of the personnel at the office care and have poor attitudes when you inquire about where packages are that weren’t delivered. I can always expect any package arriving via USPS to be late!
