Brought my van for installation of new tires and balancing. Not only they did a quick and clean job ( 30 min) but they aired up both tires AND put my spare tire back inside it's compartment ( who ever dealt with vans knows their spare tires might be stored in most unusual and tight spaces??♀️) I was so NOT looking forward squeeze that spare back where it came from, but awesome Tire Shack guys did it for me! ?

Showed up at 8:08am and ask could someone check the tire on my vehicle as my tire lite had come on. Was given a business card by Dru and said call him at 10am and he will let you know when to come in as we have a 2 hour wait currently. I said no problem and did just that. Upon calling, I spoke with Scott as he answered the phone. I advised I was calling back as Dru told me to see if it was a good time to bring my vehicle in to have the tire checked. He stated they were slammed and maybe this afternoon. I explained I am a military spouse and my husband is TDY, so I am unable to drop it off as my kids are in school and I need my vehicle. Scott said "yea we all have a story don't we" !" I do not recommend this business based on the lack of unprofessional employees it has especially in a large military community. I wasn't asking for anything free or special. Just simply check my tire or add air so I could get it somewhere.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just needed a simple tire swap. They ended up scratching my bumper, scratched up the new rim, followed with 53 PSI in the tire, and they forgot to put the TPS system in.

We bought some tires from this place. Left the car for part of the day which was fine. They did a great job. They had better deals than other places and had good customer service.

I was there last week to get 2 tires fixed the next morning both tires were flat. Went back they told me to come back that afternoon then told me come back the next morning. When I got there they told me to come back again that afternoon. When my dad got there they wanted to argue with my dad about my car. I will NEVER go back to the "RUDE" Shack

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just needed a simple tire swap. They ended up scratching my bumper (after I offered to get them out of the trunk) THEN, scratched up the new roush rim bad followed with 43 PSI of pressure in the tire. They were fast about it but way under unqualified and lack the skill of a professional to do it right. To put the icing on the cake they forgot to put the TPS system in. The solution for this after going back? "Well it was a tight fit in the truck" and "there is no way for us to not scratch the rim" and didn't accept any blame. If I didn't need it right then I would've done it myself (I am a certified mechanic) So if any military on belle chasse needs any tire solutions come to me on base and I'll make sure to fix it right at the shop or a professional shop in town.
