Everything was great until I switched carriers; they tacked on fees for my last bill and then didn't send it to me. Then they slapped a collection on my credit report instead of contacting me. They had my contact info. Now they won't remove it.

Terrible company…they told us they had service in my neighborhood and after waiting a month for a technician to arrive for the install they informed us they didn’t serve the area. We could’ve gone with someone else had they been upfront and not wasted our time.To add insult to injury, they still send us mail advertisements indicating the serve our area and the plan offerings even though they don’t actually operate here.

I just called sparkling to get internet today. An appointment was set up for next week. After hanging up with the guy he called me right back and said that there was a cancelation and they could out today between 3 and 4pm. The guy that came out introduced him self and got right to work. There was a problem with the lines in our rv but the technician had a work around for us. He completed the job, cleaned up after him self and my service is working great.

We pay for a package and the speeds are sometimes 200x slower. They say it's their servers but the internet cuts out way too much.

This company/local office is a joke!Ordered new internet service and set up the installation date. Sat here on my couch all afternoon waiting. Finally called and was told they came by and knocked on the door. This is a complete lie! I have been on the couch 2 feet from the door. I also have a ring camera which picked up absolutely nothing! I was told it would be a week before they could get someone back out after I already missed a day of work. I requested a refund and will tell anyone who asks what a horrible company they are.

I had been a customer over two years. Was one month late on the bill during a pandemic and my service was cut off without any calls. They said to reconnect would be $90 and the earliest someone could come out was in 2 weeks. Signed up for at the same day

Don't listen to any LIAR who claims the service is good! The internet is spotty, have to reboot router daily, speed NO WHERE NEAR 100mbs.

I would give zero star if available. This is the worst cable and internet company I have ever had. Spotty internet, slow, nonexistent customer service. 2 cable boxes have not worked for over 2 weeks and have to wait another week to replace when they made an appointment (appointment time entire day) and lied about showing up and said I was not home after specifically staying home to meet.

Horrible service. Was on the phone for hours then finally got with a person and they hung up on me. Had to get on the phone again and finally got a person to come fix the horrible WiFi, and they came to house and then left without coming fix anything. Horrible customer service and in general new wave sucks. Would not want others to go through this pain.

Customer Service is horrible! I called for help and the woman who answered offered NO HELP! And just hung up in my face. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE! DONT DO IT!
