If I could rate this place zero stars I would. The First Lady who started my nails cut my skin on three different fingers. She then proceeded to file my skin on two other fingers. Then proceeded to charge me full price, even after drawing blood.

They steal your money! They gave me something I didn't ask for, and then charged me extra for it.
I said I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure at the time of appointment. I picked 2 regular OPI bottles of polish when I got there. Then the lady gave me a plastic board with sample colors on it and told me to pick from the board. I picked a new color from the board and said I would do regular polish. She did regular polish on my toes. Then they switched me to a different lady for my manicure. After one hand was done, I realized she was using gel. I asked if she was using gel or regular, because I wanted regular. She made a comment about it being too late. (I wasn't paying attention to the different bottles in the package). Then I got charged for gel. I said, "I didn't ask for gel, I asked for regular." She said, "You always do gel." That's not true. I've only been there 3 times, and I've NEVER done gel nails.

Not from the area but I gave this place a try & have loved both times I’ve gone! Tiffany is very detailed on her nail work very well worth your money and for my pedicures are always good too!!

I went to this place because of the high rating and when I got to the place they asked me what kind of manicure and pedicure I wanted and I told them the regular one. It seems like they didn't like it, and they cut my foot and hands 3 times when they were filing one. I would complain and she would just say "sorry" but she kept doing it. They are very expensive for a place so unorganized and so dark full of dust and curtains on the windows to keep out the light. Ladies, change your attitude, not only be thinking about the tip but also about keeping clients. I will not return and the place is the worst in Belle Chasse.

Just moved to the area and glad I came here! Tiffany and her team were so welcoming, professional, and patient! I had trouble figuring out what I wanted and they were so kind and patient. Very happy with my mani and pedi. Will certainly go back!

Friendly staff, takes walk-ins. I'm new to gel nails but I like how mine look. Very detail oriented.

The polish was too thick and clumpy, looking and too thick to dry properly, so hours later, the polish was still not dry. The cuticles were not trimed , and the dry skin on my feet were not removed. The idea of a spa treatment was not evident. I'm going to do my own feet for now on.

Mary and Tiffany are great! They are very customer serviced oriented and I always leave very satisfied with nails, pedicure, and eyebrow wax! Prices are good and lots of options for pedicure services!

My favorite nail salon ever!!I have been going to Ms. Mary's for the past three years and I have never been disappointed. She takes care of your nails very gently and there is no discomfort throughout your whole appointment. There is nice calming music in the background and the salon is always very clean. I have recommended this nail salon to many of my friends and they love her as well!Services: Pedicures

Mary's is unassuming from the outside, but once inside you're greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere! I was able to book a same day appointment for a pedicure and was not disappointed in the slightest. The nail tech did an amazing job and I was so relaxed the entire time. 100% recommend!
