Purchased a head light and asked at time of purchase if it can be returned if it is the wrong part. Because it is electronic, I was told it could not be refunded but they would give store credit. Tried to bring back due to it did not fit my vehicle and they wouldnt even give store credit.

Great people, great prices, they go out of the way to help and good parts. They went as far as instead of us having to walk to the back of the yard they brought the car up to the front for me to pull the parts. All and all good yard

I wish I could give no stars because the so called “manager” is very rude and hung up the phone on me when I called to say that they gave my husband the wrong door then he goes to say that my husband has to make the door right himself and when I told him my husband does not have the means to do all that he said why not how rude is that I would NEVER do business here again! So disrespectful and unprofessional!

I bought an engine and the guy didn't even check the vin to see if it's the right thing. Sold me the wrong engine twice. Didn't return the first money even though I told him it's the wrong engine before the warranty date. The owner decided to give me store credit. I had to buy another engine at that scrap yard with the yellow Beatle. The lady first matched the vin number before she took my money. I would never buy there again unless it's the only auto salvage in all of America
