Every time I call the store they are super rude.I called to ask something about getting my daughter’s phone fixed and they were extremely rude, every time I ask a question at boost Belle Chasse RUDE, you won’t get my business anymore!! I suggest if you’re looking for a boost store to go to NOT use this one. Extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all! I ended up just saying I will I call another store.I may just switch service I’m so mad at how rude they were. They wouldn’t even let me speak. Shame! Get ya act together!

the staff are extremely nice . However, i feel the replacement on my lcd was not good quality. I had one drop with a case on my tile and the glass screen protector did not cracked but my iphone 11 pro max screen did. it tells me that it is fragile and made of poor quality. I previous drop my phone probably 7 times prior and at higher height and it did not cracked the original sreen.

Worst ever, every time I go there I am so not happy with the service, I went there to get help because my phone was not working good so I was explaining what it was doing and I was told to be quiet I talk to much, another time I went to get new screensavers on my husband's A10 and my A20 phone he put the A10 screen saver on my phone and it didn't fit right and he charged me $31.00, and I went to another boost store and I was told he over charged me so I only paid $10.96 to get the right one put on, I'm done going to the Belle Chase boost store, I do love boost and I've been with boost a very long time but they need to get more respectful people in Belle Chase ?.

Great experience here, I dropped my new phone and cracked the screen, I thought I’d have to buy another phone they fixed it, good as new! Danny and Justin were awesome go see them!
