  The staff is very nice and very helpful! Being new to the gym I wasn"t sure how to use all pf the facilities but the staff explained everything!

  Good small gym without that crazy bigger gym crowd. the 24 hour availability is awesome, I can finally go as I please an not worry about the rush hour crowd or waiting for it to open.
