Terrible Customer Service!!! I’ve been going there for year to get my vehicles inspected. I have never had such horrible experience! I don’t know if the elderly man is there any more, but the younger men were very rude and not helpful! I was told to come back 3 times to be told to go somewhere else!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

My go to guys! Had a coolant leak.Turned out to be just a loose hose clamp on a lower hose. No charge!! Great service!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. Hadn't been there in a few years but things have definitely changed for the worse, since the Mr.Sonny and the old man ran it. Always a good experience, well not this time. Was the very 1st customer when I brought my vehicle for an alignment and the so say new owner was extremely rude to me and my wife within the 1st 5mins of being there, telling us in an aggressive manner he couldn't do the alignment that day. When I tried asking why then, when I called 2 days before, I was instructed to bring it in 8am Wed. morning, which I did, so wasn't like it was random. The young man got more upset apparently that I questioned him and started yelling "I can't help you!". I told him he was being rude and no need to raise his voice at us, and again he walked away while yelling "I can't help you!" We left feeling completely disrespected. Never again will I do business with them nor recommend them.??

I showed up with over 20 minutes before closing to get two tires mounted and balanced. The employee said "Uh, it is a little late to mount tires because we would have to balance them too." in a tone as if to question how I possibly could have showed up to a tire place 20 minutes before close to have tires put on. I have never had four tires being mounted and balanced take 20 minute to complete. Much less two.From a business perspective, the people in the cars that get 10,000 miles out of their tires aren't the ones you should be denying a 10 minute service to 20 minutes before close.

Went to Performance to get two tires put on and balanced 20 min before 5. They said it was too soon til close for them to do a 10 min job. There was also no other cars waiting. Terrible customer service.

Took my 2018 Camry to get an alignment they did not perform the work. They charge me for it The car still run the same. when I took it back to them the owner told to shut up! and that was my problem he claim that he drove the car and it was straight and I ask them for the specification sheet and they he replay they don't print them out since they don't have any ink in the printer. One star is to much to give this People.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would...I brought my car to Performance Tire & Automotive yesterday to get my a/c in my car fixed. I received a call from Kody at almost 4 pm yesterday to let me know my freon was low and he had serviced it. I picked up my car almost 5 pm and noticed after I drove off my radio no longer worked, my clock had reset to 1:00 and now I can no longer lock my doors from inside or from my key fob. I was told to bring it back to him, which I did and he couldn't find the problem. I was asked to drop it off at 8 am this morning and I did. He just called to tell me that he can't find the problem and he can't help me. He told me to call the dealership and blamed it on my car being old. I told him EVERYTHING worked before I brought it to him and now I have all these issues. He then hung up on me...very unprofessional. Are there any mechanics that have an idea what they may have done?? And before anyone says I should speak to the owner, I did and he hung up on me.WENT GET MY KEY AND THE GUY KODY WHO WORKED ON MY CAR MUST HAVE CALLED HIS DAD TO BE THERE WHEN I WENT TO GET MY KEY AND HE WAS A J*** AS WELL. OH AND MY INSIDE LIGHTS DON'T WORK EITHER.. JUST NOTICING THAT. THEY WORKED BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO THEM!!
