Very rude and terrible bank. We just got a home loan at that bank and when we got to town we needed some ones for a card game, went in and the rude teller said no we had to be a member of the bank. Well we won't be members now.

Called to ask a simple question about how much a wire transfer would cost, and was told that they were not "qualified" to give me an answer (seriously?) but they would have someone call me back with the info. Called back 2 hours later because I never heard anything and was told the person "was really busy". Seriously? How long does it take to pick up a phone and just call me and say $20. It's been a week, and never heard back. Terrible.

We waited while other drivers pulled up after us and were serviced. I counted 8 other drivers get their deposits handled before we got ours. After we waited 30 minutes we asked for an update and they told us they haven’t got to ours yet.

Hancock makes personal banking difficult. Their technology is inferior to other banks. Service is more robust across the board at other institutions.

Was looking to establish a local bank relationship in my new city and visited around town and settled on this branch of this bank because the people were authentic and knowledgeable AND they weren't pushy about all the products and services they had to offer. I admired this approach. I also like that they have ATM and bank locations throughout the southeast. I'm a laid back person and I don't like being offered to sign up for something every time I visit a bank and so far they haven't done that here.
