Use to have very nice and honest tellers. Few months ago they hired all new tellers. Rude and for some reason they always count my money short. Not one not twice few times already. Did let the branch know. But I guess they won’t do nothing about it. Plus another thing if you aren’t the same race as her she won’t treat you right. She be rude and act like she’s giving you a favor. College drive branch use to my favorite but won’t suggest anyone to go there. Just don’t wanna blast that teller name. You will find out the moment you will walk in most miserable looking one. I don’t even think they do back ground checks anymore. I’m in business for years and many stores never had that problem with any bank, not even with this one. But gotta find some other bank for my business in BTR.

Do not bank with Hancock Whitney they allowed an old employee to steal $22,000 from my account because they forgot to cancel his debit card!

Tracy is not reliable at all. She does not know how to follow up with customers. I had to call so many times and leave a message for her and she never returned my calls in a timely matter and when she does call back it’s like 3 or 4 days later. When I came in to get information she literally was rushing as if she was trying to go home. No patience at all. I would rather go to a different location

I will be closing this account as soon as possible it takes forever for things to process over there & they sent back 2 of my mobile deposits & charged me for it don’t open a bank account with them

I have been using this branch for years, and have been very pleased with their service, efficiency and friendliness. Its nice to go into a bank where they know your name and give you a smile.
