This isn't the first time that this has happened at Whitney Bank I overdrew my account on a Sunday and you can't make a deposit through the ATM like Capital One and Chase so I went in Monday morning at 9:00 with the cash and they charged me $75 overdraft and then after that a $36 overdraft charge I'm closing the account they let you overdraw the account but they won't let you make a deposit through the ATM. I told him it wasn't my fault I couldn't make a deposit I could have made it that night. Almost sounds like a scam to me

Appointment is required on Saturday. I called about something Friday, said I'd come in the next day. Wasn't told I'd need an appointment. Got there, and the door was locked.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThe teller turned her back on me, VERY DISRESPECTFULLY, as I WAS TRYING to discuss an issue.Now that I see all other complaints about this branch, it makes even more sense.

This branch is extremely slow in service, very poor customer service skills. I literally waited in the drive though lane 10 minutes with no communication, or assistance with my deposit. Four customers to either side of me were helped first and I arrived in line before them. When I asked for service, the guy that was working, told me he I was next. No apologies, no hello how are you ma’am! I expected better service from Hancock Whitney. I’ve been with them for over 20 years.

Only 2 stars and I have been with this bank since before 1972 when it was something else…. Working people cannot get there between 9 and 4… not happy about this! Traffic does not help either that time of day!

As a business owner and a working nurse, it is impossible to make a deposit between the hours of 9-4. Yes I do online banking but somethings must be done in person.
