I am so disappointed with this bank. the only reason that I choose them was because their lobby was open on Sat. but they used Covid as an excuse to do away with that luxury. And then they removed the ability to make deposit via the ATM. and now they've changed their hours to only open from 9 to 4 Min through Fri. It used to be 5 pm and I could rush over after work. Now the very few locations open on Saturday to make a deposits the lines are aweful! So it's either ware my Sat afternoon sitting in a line or use my work lunch break during the week. I'm definitely going to be changing banks again.

Dnt bank with Hancock they have too many underline Stipulations for a Business account that they dnt tell you about they freeze ur account u cnt use the atm until they MAIL u a pin. I went to this location to close an account paid my closing balance thinking im good to go account closed and done. But nope a week later i received a summary saying i owe 23.00 for closing fee ?? now if i went in and closed the account shouldn't they have added that to the balance i already had?? They seemed lost it took 3 ppl to help me supposedly close an account

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my identity stolen and canceled my card at a different location, was told that my temporary card would work at locations that took debit, however, it doesn't. It's constantly declined. I have to use atms until I receive my card- it's been 18 days by the way, I was told in person it would take 3-5 days, over the phone they say 7-10 working days. I'm relatively new to the area and don't know my way around. My card was declined at a store and they gave me directions to this Whitney , as it was close by. The atm was "down" which seems to be a common occurrence at Whitney's in Baton Rouge, and because it was 4:05 the door was locked. I drove around to the back drive-thru and all but begged for a withdrawal and was told "we close at 4", I tried to explain myself and the teller cut me off and said "he's working on the atm". I understand it's past closing but cut me some slack..make someone's day easier, damn. I will be canceling my account with Whitney because of this card process, however, the customer service at this location was disgraceful. To top it off I drove across town to another Whitney where the atm was also down.

Opened new account and placed a CASH deposit. Went later same day to withdraw some CASH and was told it was unavailable until it posted midnight. Call chase bank to confirm they give a credit immediately for CASH deposits. This morning went to the bank at 9:25 AM their hours are 9 AM to 12 noon, the doors are locked. Manager walks up saying there's a problem with the keys he opens the door walks in and lock set behind him. I've dealt with three different people in 24 hours they all had a less then customer friendly attitude. Yes I might be a little annoyed right now but I will be closing that account and moving to chase bank.

I've been banking here for years, and I have to say: I've never brought them a single problem that they haven't been able to solve in an expeditious manner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great banking products as well, but many banks have that; I stay with them for the excellent customer service.

I go make bank deposits for my store 3 times a week and I HATE THIS BANK!!! Not enough employees, and a young black girl who works the commercial drive thru window is so rude and never smiles, I asked her why don't u ever smile? I then said do you EVER SMILE? She replies "sometimes" ...I have wieked customer service 30 years and these young kids these days don't give a F about customer service!! Replace that girl!!! I will close that account and I deposit hundred of thousands weekly!! Looking for a new bank now
