They are supposed to wash your windshield. They didn't this date. I was trying to talk to attendant and he wasn't paying attention and sprayed me in the face with the sprayer. Corporate doesn't return calls. He certainly washed the policeman's windshield. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

I came at 6:37PM on February 8th, 2024. It's now currently 6:45PM the same day.
I'm still currently waiting to get a car wash. I'm just parked at the tunnel, waiting for someone to come outside and get me hooked up.
I did call the carwash before making this review. I called the carwash and the guy immediately picked up the phone, but he didn't say anything for about 10sec, which ended when I said hello myself, and he finally decided to talk.
I told him that I've been outside waiting for a couple minutes and he sluggishly said "Oh, well, I'm in the back doing something right now".
I said that's fine, I just need someone to come outside and get me hooked up, and he responded, ok.
I find it hard to believe he was in the back because as soon as that phone call ended, he immediately comes outside. And if he was busy doing "something" then how were you able to pick up the phone immediately.
The WhiteWater in Central always has someone outside or near the front of the building in case someone comes in. They're also not sluggish, they are always happy and cheerful.
I rarely make bad reviews, but this is one of them.
I'll update this review for when I see improvement.
Update: it's 5:18PM on Jun 20th, 2024.
I'm in the tunnel and the car wash has stopped working. The workers didn't realize this till about 1 to 2 min in. Workers are still on their phones and still don't give a care in the world about what's happening around them. It's been about 10min and I'm still stuck in the tunnel.
