I’ve been using Welch’s for almost 6 months and haven’t had an issue yet. They are very prompt and well priced. Generally your clothes are ready within 1-2 days.

Very unprofessional. Never called to let me know my items were ready for pickup. I called to see what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my items, they told me that they weren’t able to get the stains out of one dress, ok fine. Once I got home and look at the garments that they did actually charge me for, the stains were still there.So, what exactly did I pay for? Poor service. Never returning.

Lazy Employee
My shirts look fine. But when I was rang up the price was higher than I thought. I reminded the employee I had a coupon. He he looked annoyed that I had presented it. Then lamented that it was busy and he would have to enter each of the shirts individually and it would take a long time. Then he said you’re only really saving a couple dollars. Well the shirts are $2.85 the coupon is for $2.25 a savings of $.60 a shirt. Times that by the 15 shirts and the savings should be $9. The small store had a few people there and I didn’t want to make a scene with some lazy kid so I just paid the full amount and left. I lost $9 dollars, but the owner just lost my business.

Welsh's Cleaners has provided me with quality service for the past year. I do not go any where else. The staff is very friendly and totally professional. They offer quick and efficient cleaning and alterations. The service is truly top-notch! Welsh's Cleaners provides quality service.

First time using Welsh's. On pick up day, my clothes weren't ready. Had to return the next day to retrieve them. Was told Shirts were $4 and pants $3. Brought 1 shirt and 2 pants. My total was $19.
Took my cleaning on a business trip and ended up with someone else's slacks. Was late to my meeting because I had to wait for a store to open and buy a new pair. They offered to credit my cleaning and pay for the new purchased pair. I won't be using their service again.

The best customer service ever! The ladies there are awesome. Help no matter what and if they can't get it, then they will find the one who can. Have decent pricing, looks and smell good, so overall great cleaners, unlike "K$$$!

This specific location is very racist. Here's what happened: The girl working there is white. I walked in, she never greeted me. Another customer, who was white, walked in AFTER me. She proceeded to help him, never greeted me or apologized to me that I was to served first out of customer courtesy since I arrived first. Never said thank you for your business. I will never bring my business here again.
