Ruined a $300.00 pottery barn comforter! Bleach spotting and un-threading! The blue was also stained into the white. My own washer would not have done this.I have used them once before and was satisfied. Clearly under new management. Horribly furious with this place.

This was my first time using Welsh's for my dry cleaning and they SHRUNK EVERY PIECE OF CLOTHING I BROUGHT IN. What took up most of my work attire, I can no longer wear because it no longer fits. Oh, and the woman at the counter is not friendly.

Need my 2020 dry cleaning totals for taxes. Been asking for at least two weeks. I have to beg them for my totals every year. Keep getting told manager is not there (from comments, I assume it’s Pat). Told same things today that manager has code. Talk to manager , get code and get what your soon to be ex-loyal customer is asking for! Also, brought in pants needing button sewed on. Picked up my dry cleaning and pants and cleaner tag and safety pin on pants, but no button. This has happened at least 3 times. I do agree with the many complaints I see here that the staff is rude, does not bother to greet you and smile, and plain old miserable. To add insult to injury, as long as I’ve been going there, with my name on the bags, and being the only MACH in their system, they still can’t get my name straight. I am on my last nerve with these people! Then, today I’m told “I’ll see what I can do. Maybe.”Service: Alterations

I went there two days in a row before closing time to find it closed. When someone did show up the second day after me banging on the wimdows, she wanted to argue with me about how she was there until close the day before. Terrible attitude and terrible experience.

Very slow. Needed a jacket pressed and they took 3 days. Also, rude/ghetto upon entering the store and answering the phone. I won’t be using them again.

Welsh’s cleaners on bluebonnet is hands down the BEST!!! I had a dress I needed dry cleaned for an awards banquet tomorrow and was so stressed about dropping it off, but Ms Pat and the Welsh’s team took it for me and had It ready for same day pickup! The girls at the front counter were so welcoming and so sweet when i walked in to pick it up! It’s looked beautiful! I am so thankful for Welsh’s!!

Horrible service,the staff is rude and ghetto and unorganized, clothes get ruined and misplaced, the 1 good employee they had got fired because she was attacked by the little dark girl with the braces on the register and defended herself (which I witnessed)
