“Fast loading, got out in 1:30 mins including check in , the lady was nice at shipping office , the guy who loaded my truck was also friendly, they need to remove your red airline and put a lock on trailer if u don't want to do that due to cold or warmer temperatures then you have to unhook your trailer”
“I was at this place a couple of days ago ... I showed up early at 2:30 a.m with a 10:00 p.m. appointment.. got a door right away it was a half a load lumber not bad but still about 4 hours for paperwork overall good experience”

“Pretty short lines and close in proximity to I-10. This is a good 4 hr stop from Houston. Gas lines are still two pumps per lane, which is slightly behind the curve.”
“Been to this place twice. Picked up at the port warehouse once and at warehouse 14. Warehouse 14 was blindside from the 4 lane street but traffic was minimal and the alley style docking was wide. Around 14:00 weekday was the time in case anyone trying to judge the traffic for the blindside one. They have warehouses spread out in different parts of the city so you will be directed to one of those after checking in at the shipping and receiving office. The lady at the shipping window was also nice. Both times I came the process averaged about 1 1/2 hours between the two”

“I've never had an issue with these guys. Every time I need help finding something, the staff know exactly where it is, down to the last steps and turn. Prices and quality are good, and the food court alone is worth the yearly fee. I'd rate 6/5 if I could.”
