Most of the time all cash registers are closed. Bad management for sure. How can you make lots of money if your customers can't buy the items. How stupid to not take the money, when that's how you make money.

Horrible experience! I was waiting a whole 2 hours for a grocery pickup when they said “the order will be out to you shortly”. I also glazed around the store until my order is ready and I see the order filling people just on the phone not doing any grocery pickup nun what so ever. And if they were, they were walking slower than my grandmother. It is so sad how they actually have people that want good jobs like Walmart and the people that do work there does not do jack! Definitely needs to hire more people, that’s whiling to work!!!

I was really surprised when I found out the hard way that they do not have digital pay apps like Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. So you either carry cash or your cards with it's too much. But all the same, you can get most of your everyday stuff in there.

THE WALMART NEIGHBOR MARKET PLACE IS NOT TOO BIG, BUT STILL HAS A LITTLE BIT OF WHAT A WALMART SUPERSTORE HAS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, WITH HELPFUL FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, AND WELL STOCKED.

The store has police presence which is ok.. but the self check out stations the scanner handheld doesn’t work I had several items that beed to be scan whats the point of having 10 people self check out. I am disabled and already have a hard time putting like water case and other bulk items in my cart!! They just tell me to man handle it to scan and right back to the cart!! There lots of meat that was in color over due!! Just there visiting , should have just gone to the big store..

I went to Walmart to exchange a item. There wasn’t a door greeter to notice I come in with item. Also the customer service wasn’t open at 10am for some odd reason. I go to a register to ask a worker to get some assistant, I even asked how do I exchange this? Customer service is closed. Instead of answering my question. The worker ask me did I walk in with it ? Where is my receipt? I tell the worker I don’t have it. I’m just looking to exchange for a bigger size. Worker leave and go get the manager. You would think the manager would be bigger help. Nope , instead of addressing my question after I ask multiple time. How do I exchange this. The manager ask did you walk in with it? Gosh!!!! If I’m exchanging it, it’s very clear I bought it another day. Next time have a door greeter at the door so you don’t have to assume. It was super embarrassing and humiliating arguing with them in front of everyone like I’m a thief.
