This Walmart customer service is horrible no one answers the phone , each department doesn’t answer the phone I think that’s a big issue because customer service is also answering the phone and answering question and this store is exceeding poorly at that !!

i did an online order and i had two items that weren’t available. the substitution items i did not like so i declined. the app doesn’t give me chance to choose something else. which is fine but ive already called this walmart 10 times and no answer. its really upsetting because i am not from here i dont have accessible transportation so delivery is the only thing i can depend on and it makes no sense to reorder these two items im missing and pay another $10 fee for delivery.

First time for me in a Walmart. I loved it, there was a lot of choice. You can find all the typical American products there and there was a very nice section dedicated to local teams: Tigers, Saints, Jaguars. On the other hand, small plastic shopping bags cost money.

Obvi this is a really sweet store with everything you need or want in huge quantities at great prices. Only negative is that it is harder to shoplift the large packaged items. Be persistent. A couple of five finger discounts really drops the stress on the monthly food budget.

This Walmart is the accumulation of every possible reason people hate Walmarts. Apparently now in order for you to buy a .97 cent side of potato wedges (their only good food tbh) you have to go to the deli, ask for a paper, go to the register, pay for it, go BACK to the deli and then get your food. I did it today because I’m pregnant and hungry but that’s my last time coming to this ghetto axx Walmart. The employees are miserable and want you to be too. I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience with any employee here. It’s sad. Hang that one up. Any Walmart that permanently has a cop car stationed out front is probably a Walmart you wanna avoid. Also, why tf should tax dollars pay for police to act as personal security for Walmart? Im certain they can afford their own security. Eh. Different convo for a different day I guess.
