I bought a dozen golf balls costing less than $10 but it has a security spider wrapped around it so I get sent to customer service to get it cut off ---there's 1 person working here and 10 people waiting in line while I look around and observe 4 other workers just standing around--and all I want to do is leave with my $10 box of golf balls. Definitely not easy in easy out--perhaps I should not use scan and go if I want to move quickly. Ugh ugh ugh

Walmart SUCKs. I returned a Christmas tree this morning because it was defective. The associate, Valerie (a 15 year associate), must have been having a bad day because she was rude from the get go. After I made my return I went to the back of the store to find a replacement tree. I found one that was $269 in the store BUT it was sold thru Walmart.com for $201. I went to price match and was told to go to customer service. Valerie refused to make the sale. I asked what the difference was between me buying it now for $201 versus me setting it up for a same day store pickup. She told me to buy it for store pickup if I wanted the $201 price. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me the manager was too busy to come speak with a customer. So, I set off on a hunt for an elusive store manager. I found a front line supervisor who asked Valerie to do the price match. She again refused and told the supervisor she would have to find someone else to do it. After which, I had to wait about 20 minutes before Valerie called me over to actually ring me up. As she was doing so, she informed me that I would not be able to return the item for any reason. I looked at her and asked why not? If I ordered online and it was defective I could return it. She told me I was more than welcome to open the box and put the tree together to make sure it worked before making the purchase. I responded with, "you win Valerie, you win. I am not going to buy this tree without being able to return it if something is wrong." I assured her I would be speaking with a manager and corporate. I also plan to yelp the store. I am also taking to social media because this kind of treatment is unnecessary. Throughout this whole ordeal I was calm and collected. I don't know what I did to deserve the treatment from Valerie. All I can say is do better Walmart.

Auto Department workers are nothing more than incompetent liars! I called at 12:30pm to see if I could get 2 tires installed that I ordered ship-to-store from Walmart.com. The lady who answered the phone said they could be installed, but the auto department was closing early (4pm instead of 7pm) because they were short-handed. She said the techs were on lunch break but would be back for 1pm. I told her I would be there between 1pm and 2pm, and she said that was fine. I arrived at 1:35pm and the same lady told me that they weren't taking anymore customers!!!

This walmart is always super busy like most other Walmart's .... they are usually staffed pretty well. I went in looking for a tie , and to my surprise after looking around for almost 20 minutes. They didn't have any the nice lady at the fitting room tired to help, but we had no luck

The cashier sold me 2 bags of ice. They were out so I had to wait in line for a refund. And the managers had no since of urgency to assist customer.

I used to always go to this store but over the last 2 years its a MESS, stuff all over in the aisles and a few days ago I went back to see if the place was cleaned up some what, maybe they would have got a better manager or something, well when I went actually it got worst than its ever been, this store is a ghetto mess, I used to go here about 4 years ago because it was clean and they had decent people that went there, now this store looks like Gary Indiana's stores!! I won't be back unless they get a manager whom can take control over the store and it's employees.

I agree, this Walmart has rude management & the managers act like they've never managed a large business much less a Walmart. I went there one day to run in just before school started to grab some last minute items on the school's list. My mom said she'd stay in the car with my 2 & 7 year old kids while I ran in real quick. It was raining so I ran in the front door to escape getting wet- not an odd thing to do, right? Run out of the rain?! As soon as my foot came down inside the door it hydroplaned & I fell a*s over tea kettle as they say & came down on one knee which was wrenched out to the side. The pain was excruciating. Customers & employees came to my rescue & once I had my bearings one of the employees said "you should make a report before you leave cuz there's a river of water in here. Management should've had this cleaned up already." I was soaked & dirty from falling onto a floor full of water & in terrible pain but I thought, "no reason to file a report. I'll be sore a few days then I'll be fine." But as I walked through the Walmart to grab those school supplies I realized I was hurting far more than I thought I should & that the employee was right, the water shouldn't have been left a half inch deep at the entrance. At the very least orange cones noting "wet floor" should've been put up to warn people that the entrance was soaked. So after I checked out I went to customer service to ask how to file a report...just in case it turned out I'd actually sustained damage. I've never sued anyone but if it turned out I needed surgery why should I pay for it when Walmart had failed to keep its property safe for its customers, right? From that point on I was treated like trash. I told the AManager that I wasn't looking to sue or cause trouble but that I was in severe pain & thought I should just file a report in case I ended up with medical bills. He looked like he'd barely made 20 & he kept questioning whether I was telling the truth. I told him that at least 4 employees had seen &/or helped me & that he could always pull the camera view of the entrance & see the fall for himself. We all know Walmart has an eye in the sky watching out for their interests. He finally brought out a single sheet of paper that had been copied sideways, shoved it at me & walked away. I had to locate another employee to get a pen to fill it out. Then another employee to inquire what to do with it. She called the AM that had given me the paper & asked him & he said to tell me to leave it on the counter in the very back of the store where one picks up online orders & someone would get it filed. Sure! After I hobbled painfully all the way to the back of the store & back to the front to leave I happened to run into the wormy AM & told him I'd left it where he'd told me to. He took the moment to ask me sarcastically why I would run in the rain- did I not know that I might slip on a wet floor if it was raining...???? WHAT?!!! He sorta laughed at me like I was mentally challenged & walked away. It turns out that I tore ligaments & fractured my knee cap & that jerk made me walk all over the store to file that report then laughed at me! Is it just me or is it totally normal to run inside a store if a rain starts while you're out?! Does the rest of the world just go home if they've forgotten their umbrella? Or walk slowly & cautiously through the rain? I go out of my way now not to use that Walmart. I'll drive across town to a different one cuz they're franchises. If they see me as pond scum there then I'll take my business where I'm appreciated!

I go to this Walmart everyday for daily needs. Today I went to Walmart on oneal for a phone case. The price ticket for the phone case was 4.88. Thinking it was too good to be true. I took a picture of items labels under 4.88 and proceed to check out. Cashier rung it up 9.88. I showed her picture and she called the csm and we also showed her the picture. She said she had to check so I just made a comment stating she wasting her time and she snapped back at me not normally like a csm would. She came back stating they can't give it to me for the price that's on the display ticket bc the barcode numbers Don't match and the department manager said not to. So arguing with her, bc Walmart policy is to give the customer as the price says. So I went to the back to talk to the department manager, but when I got to the back the sales associate said there is no department manager for the day. So the csm lied to the customer and wouldn't give it as the price shown. Hmm it seems as though she need be back on the sales floor to label the price tickets bc it's not the customer job match the barcode with the prices that's shown!! That csm name is Angela. Worst Walmart. I asked the Assistant manager Patricia for Walmart 1800 he refused to give it to me. Then I called to get the gm name and the operated could not answer me putting me on hold for 5 mins for a name but I hung up. I know Walmart policy better than the workers. Shame.

This Walmart has spacious parking but limited shaded ones. It has a subway, pharmacy, eye care specialist and nail salon with a little arcade/toy/candy machines. Our cashier was very quick and nice. They actually had half of their registers open too so waiting in line on a Sunday evening wasn't that bad. It was pretty clean and organized. It a Walmart so expect the odd balls at night or the people that do not care about what they are wearing..pretty traumatic. Prices are actually low too! Located in a pretty safe area and surrounded with lots to do (movies, restaurants and shops).
