Pharmacy is always horrible. They do not help anyone. They only care about policy and procedures. Sometimes it's best to put the customer/the patient first policy be damned. When a customer asks do you have something in stock it doesn't hurt to simply say yes or no. I'm not asking for the safe code.

Service is horrible! I received an email and text that my prescription was ready for pickup on 8/24. I go to pick it up today on 8/29 and my prescription was canceled. They tell me that they are "out of stock". How are you out of something that was ready for pickup 5 days ago? They have a hold time (greater than 5 days) before prescriptions are put back in stock. I don't believe that was the case this time. With the way service is (especially with one pharmacy technician), they probably had an irate customer who demanded and canceled my prescription to accommodate that customer. Do better at the Jones Creek/Coursey location. This use to be a top tier pharmacy in the area.

My disabled little brother requires a specific medication that we were informed was available at this pharmacy, upon going here we were met by nothing but ignorance and no sense of work ethic from the staff. The pharmacist simply didn’t order the medication. Keep in mind this is vital to improving his way of life and to have this be brushed off by a total flake of a man is simply insulting, shame on you for your treatment of those in need man.

WALGREENS!!!! Shame on you for not intervening. Not enough staff, service is TERRIBLE!!!! Pharmacist is the laziest I've ever seen. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

RIDICULOUS!!!!! Walmart didn’t have the prescription I needed at the moment so I decided to give Walgreens a try. WORST DECISION EVER!!! I was like “ oh since they said it would be done at 2, it should be done at 2 right”… WRONG. I tried calling but no answer and the little robot thing said there was 3 calls before me. I waited 20 minutes. No answer. I decided to come up there and the RUDE pharmacist said “ it will be 30 more minutes” . Remind you, I have diabetes and I need this insulin to survive. I already waited 4 extra hours but it’s ridiculous how they make you wait more. Not to mention how rude the people are. STAY AT WALMART OR ANY OTHER PHARMACY EXCEPT FOR HERE.

Awesome service call in for a prescription to be transfer. The person was nice and patience with me. Even help me pronounce the name of a medication and repeated it three times for me. My phone was staticky. Great Walgreens on Coursey and Jones Creek.

Just moved to this side of town. Tried this Walgreens. Never seen a lazier group in my life. Pulled up at 1:15 at drive through before their 1:30 lunch break. The lady completely ignored me. Instead she started scanning a bunch of groceries for herself. Very slowly. Didn’t acknowledge me. Finally at 1:29 someone else came up and filled my order. Then they closed for lunch. The 4 cars behind me could have been helped too but that’s their pre-break tactic I guess. Whoever manages this location is an idiot.

They pulled my heart pressure medicine literally one day after getting confirmation that they filled it. Literally only gave me 24 hours to get medicine that I've been out of since before Christmas Eve.

I have never had such bad service to get my meds in my life ,had ordered the day before come after 11 . I waited till 4 thought that would help nope .The girl was the slowest person I have ever seen in my LIFE waited 15 minutes standing at the counter then the service was embarrassing ,you are waiting on people that need medication for their health I just couldn't believe how I was treated .

I fill two prescriptions every single month. And every single month I have issues. They never have it ready. Most of the time, they say it isn't even in the system. My doctor sends it electronically but it never seems to come through on Walgreens end in a timely manner. It takes more than 2 hours to populate and then you have to wait for it to be filled. And don't even get me started on the people working behind the counter. This one lady, just glared at me and said it's not in the system. I cannot do justice by the rudeness I have been shown over the last few months. The problem is once established, it's hard to change especially when you have pain therapy meds.

Service level getting progressively worse here. Waited patiently on hold for 20 mins today just to verify something with a pharmacist only to have them pick up phone , say greeting and then abruptly hang up. It was obvious. People keep telling me to switch to another pharmacy but they are convenient. Still, only so much of the frowns, foot dragging, and hang ups one can take. What happened to this place ? Covid knock the life out of it?
