I love this place! Best place to have photo prints made and very affordable! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Aviana in the photo dept. Very pleasant and so willing to assist and accommodate your needs. Today Aviana asked if I wanted to join Walgreen club and care. She explained how the card worked and I signed up! Thanks again Aviana for your knowledge and informing me of benefits!

After a miserable over 2 hour wait with my child at patient plus after hours clinic, the kind staff at Walgreens got my child’s prescription ready and had us out of the door in approximately 5 minutes.

Can never get all the prescriptions I need. I can pick up the same med the same time each month and have to wait a week and a half for them to order it every single time. Never answer the phone, doesn't matter how long you wait, they'll put it on hold and ignore it. I get at least 8 robo calls from this location every few days, 6 today in the last 4 hours. Drive thru times are about an hour with 3 cars in front. Understaffed and apathetic. I wish CVS still took my insurance.

Dr sent in 2 prescriptions on Sunday just before Walgreens closed.I called the pharmacy at 10 am on Monday and the said they were working on them. I went to pick up at 1:30pm. They said it wont be ready till 2 pm. Went back at 2:15. They gave me the prescriptions and fsiled to inform me that the Ampicillin was partially filled. 10 out of 28. Did not see till I got back home.Then tried to call the pharmacist. I waited on line to speak with them for about 3-5 minutes. They picked up and then hung up!!!! Twice I called and both times they answered and hung up. Then calked the 1-800 number to complain.The folks at that number were very nice and took my complaints.They said they would reach out to original pharmacy and I should have the rest of my prescription by tomorrow.I’m not happy with this location.Poor customer service!When you are feeling bad that makes it10 times worse.

Whomever the cashier was working at 10 pm tonight ( 9/8 ) she was amazing. Lots of customers and there was a wait she apologized to each of us. Super nice lady

Absolute worst experience. I made a photo order that was never fulfilled and I never got notified to tell me it wasn’t. When I called I was told it won’t be ready when it said online and that they don’t have enough staff. Rather than apologize and try to call other Walgreens to see if they can help, the manager just asked to cancel my order. Worst customer service ever. The people working at this location are completely incompetent. Buyer beware!!!

Pharmacy is completely incompetent. Couldn’t find my insurance, stated my insurance card wasn’t valid, wouldn’t sell me my prescription cash. Went to an actual efficient Walgreens pharmacy in Gonzales who had to fix this locations mistakes and got everything straight in 10 minutes. Avoid.

These people do not follow instructions for pickup orders whatsoever. I sat and waited my whole lunch break waiting for my order to come out. It defeats the purpose of getting a pickup order if they aren’t honoring curbside. Then on my order I said substitute for SAME brand they lazy selves decided to NOT do so and just cancelled the items. This is the worst Walgreens to go to in Baton Rouge

I have used many Walgreens pharmacies in Baton Rouge areas and I must say this is the first time I’ve ever had a follow up call, checking on my well-being after taking a new medication for the first time. Big thank you to this pharmacy and representative that called and checked on me. I do highly recommend this Bluebonnet location. Once again, thank you!

Easily the worst drugstore on the planet. Picking up a prescription? Give yourself at least an hour if they even have it. Get someone who's been living under a rock in front of you in line? You're there for another hour. Staff seem to have no idea that they need to take care of more than one person an hour. The clincher? During covid one of their pharmacy techs announced to everyone in the line that everyone should just chill out because the only people who could die of covid have AIDS or are just old. This place is the lowest level of hell.
