Easily the best Walgreens I've ever been to when it comes to photos. The employee Dennis had my posters ready before the estimated time and I didn't even have to ask for them. Another employee pointed out that I was here for photo prints and they promptly gave them to me with no issue. Would highly recommend their photo section to anyone. Thanks Dennis.

The worst! Told me they didn't have my sons RX and after calling the dr a 2 days later they did have it but didn't fill it and had to wait. They Never anwser the phone just pick it up press hold and put it back down.

Pharmacy staff seem to be drowning in work. The pharmacy staff weren't very communicative nor overly-friendly - weren't mean either. After two trips and more that an hour waiting I got what i needed. Will find a locally-owned smaller pharmacy to deal with moving forward.

Very nice staff when you're face to face with them inside the store but hope to God you never have to call them on the phone. Terrible terrible phone service. If you have to call them, expect a very very long wait.

I've been on the phone on hold for over 45 minutes. Not one person has even said so much as a word to me. Not hello not please hold. They just answer and immediately put me on hold and they do this over and over and I just have a simple question to ask. Do they take insurance cards over the phone as in a picture if I don't have the physical card? It's poor customer service and bad for business to just contact LT put people on hold. There's no way you have 45 minutes worth of other calls to tend to and can't even ask someone to please hold without speaking to them at all. Worst pharmacy ever!!

I call the pharmacy yesterday and I was on hold just for them to get on the phone to say please hold 6 times!!! I was literally on hold for bout 30 minutes to an hour. I call 3 different locations just to see if it bad on the pharmacy line and guess what IT IS!!!! I been a loyal customer for over a 10 plus years but now It's time to try out others like Walmart or the local pharmacy drugstore that been out here for years that getting overlooked. ?

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for quite some time. That being said I would like to recognize Armani. She is always friendly(smiling), accommodating, and helpful. This young lady goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and it is for this reason I will continue to use this location and will also strongly recommend others do the same. Thank you Armani for always welcoming us with a smile, in these days and times it is definitely a rarity to find someone like you and we want you to know you are so appreciated, You are definitely an asset to the Walgreens staff.

My experience was TERRIBLE at this Walgreens! I am a 60 year old, sober, homeless man TRYING TO STAY SOBER! I rode my bike several miles to get my very much needed medication and as soon as I got there I had to pee but the bathroom door was locked ?So when I asked for them to unlock the door they simply replied the bathroom is closed... Really? Gee I would have never guessed that...Duh!!!! That's why I was asking for them to open the bathroom... does that make sense? Or am I just to senile to understand what's going on?So I ran next door to the Walmart Neighborhood Market to use their bathroom, but as I said previously I am 60... I didn't quite make it ...I had a little accident and walked back a little wet...Then she charged me $6.00For my meds...!?I wasn't expecting that I thought my Medicaid would take care of me I guess not...So the whole trip was pretty much for nothing ? they were not one bit apologetic about any of this....They did not give a $!*+ and pretty much let me know this fact... it was very humiliating for me...I've done many reviews on many businesses this is the first bad review I've ever done but you know sometimes somebody's got to say something what kind of business treats their customers.... (medical at that)In this way???Not CVS I know that much...Certainly not Walmart...In fact, as I previously stated they let me use their restroom and I wasn't even their customer.... I was Walgreens customer... peeing all over himself...Well I'll have to go and give plasma or something to buy my medicine tomorrow and I'm terrified of needles...Thank you for the great customer service Walgreens.Joseph Hollier ?

Love these guys ! They are nice more than not and they deal with a lot of crazy and still keep there cool. They always come through and they help as much as they can when and where they can. It’s refreshing to have someone actually care.

For years I used Rite Aid at the corner of Perkins and Siegen. When that store closed, I transferred my prescriptions to your store across the street. I moved across town and your store at the corner of Airline and Old Hammond Highway is more convenient. I order my prescriptions through Express Scripts (because they're less expensive). Someone dropped the ball and my prescription wasn't refilled timely. I called my physician and explained that my meds were going to be delayed for approximately 7 to 10 days and asked that he call in a prescription for me to Walgreens to cover those 710 to 10 days. He did. Walgreens sent me a text saying that it wasn't approved because it was too soon. So I called them and explained the situation and was told that my meds would be ready at noon. I went to the store at 3 o'clock today, after getting a text from them saying that my prescription was ready, and lo and behold, it was not ready for the same reason. NOT acceptable.
