Wow! Viewing the other reviews make me wonder if we talking about the same Walgreens. My experience have been exceptionally well, In person, drive through, and especially over the phone. Each person has always been professional, helpful, understanding, and attentive. Now, yes, it's been wait time, but I have watched them be attentive to the customer in front of them or on the phone non stop. So I commend Each of them for ALL of there hard Works and Efforts on a daily basis. Public Healthcare and General Customer Service is one of the most hardest working Job and Most under paid. So, Again Thank You Walgreens- Oneal! You All, from the front door to the back is Appreciated??????

The pharmacy pickup drive in line is usually long and they take a while but other than that, this is my go to Walgreens for things.

If i come into the pharmacy drive through 25 mins before close and im waiting i still expect to me served. To hand the customer before me their medicine right at 9:00 and close the window immediately after. Isn’t there cameras letting them know if there are cars waiting? Corporate will definitely be reached on whoever closed pharmacy tonight

Waited 10 mins for the person that is looking at me in the drive through to finally acknowledge I existed. Watched her try to balance a stapler on its end.

All my prescriptions are never filled they are very rude and ghetto the women hold the line up to have personal chats with ppl cashiers and pharmacist I call cooperate and they are no better a very disgusting experience every time I come

I’ve never been to a pharmacy where it takes 25+ minutes per car to pick up or drop off You’re a prescription!!! and the staff that works there is extremely rude. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to every single employee has been rude

This location is the absolute worst pharmacy in the whole entire United States! The workers are rude. They will put you on hold when you call, and then hang up on you forcing you to call back and go through the annoying automated system before being told to hold and hung up on again. There was literally 5 people working one day, and I had to stand at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Then today, my grandmothers doctor called and said that they called in her refill because the holiday, and it would be ready by noon. My grandmother goes all the way over there just to be told that the doctor never called anything in! Went to the doctors office and they had written a note that they called at 10:04am and spoke with them to refill her medicine. Well, we call Walgreens back, they say again that the doctor had never called, but my grandmother had a refill on the prescription anyways, so she didn't need the doctor to call in the first place! Why didn't they tell her that when she went in person?! Incompetent. We are 100% leaving Walgreens and never return!

Nice stuff very helpfulMany times have issues with following upPharmacy have a Long time waiting line in 5 months hardly I finish less then 20 to 30 minutes that’s with trying to switch the pick up time

Pharmacy takes forever. They called at 11:00 and said they were ready. 3:30 I go to pick them up. They say they aren’t filled yet and to wait 10 minutes. It has been 45 minutes still not filled.

The people who work here are so unprofessional and unpleasant. They are disrespectful to anyone. If you are elderly they are rude for no reason. They sit there and call people names. It's ridiculous

I went to the doctor today at 09:40 and had a prescription called in. This Walgreens waited until 18:00 to call me and inform me that my medication would be ready in a couple days due to being out if stock. I take this medication every day, and I can not go a couple days without it. This service is unacceptable and I will not be using their pharmacy again.

If I could give this location a 0 I would . They take forever to fill your prescription. They don’t answer the phone and the staff is sit around play , laugh and waste time .

Hold on for to long and the person the pharmacy is rude, talking so fast cannot even understand them, then puts you on hold. Then pick up the phone and hangs up. It is a soft voice man. Rude
