Ariel, and Jared the pharmacist are Very professional, kind, pleasant, amd VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! They greet you by your name when you walk in. They keep you posted on all of your vaccines. I have been to plenty walgreens, however this on at 4747 Sherwood @ Coursey is the best!!!!!! Ashley and Darryl are very professional as well. All of them are great! However, these 4 stand out! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

Worst customer service, we went a little before 6 pm to get passport pictures taken. We talked to a lady and she told us that someone was going to help us in a bit, we waited. After 10 minutes, that same lady told us that we needed to go to a different Walgreens because the camera they have is broken. She couldn't have told us before waiting 10 minutes? Worst experience ever.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. I have called and reported this store several a times. I feel sorry for anyone who fills their Rx here, if it's life saving medicine or pain management medicine ppl would be dying and definitely not managing the pains properly. If it's not understaffed, or closed during regulars hours of operation, they're having phone issues or screening calls that could prevent people from pulling to fill a Rx. I've been trynna pick up my Birth Control for multiple days.1st day I called for two hrs straight and finally drove to the store to find out the system is down and the pharmacy is closed due to this issue. My second Rx can't be refilled via the automatic system and can't be transferred unless my doctor transfers it. I was furious. With laws changing for women when it comes to their bodies the last thing I want is to be knocked up in an struggling economy! I hate this location and only used it b/c of the late hrs of operation which is perfect for me but now it seems they don't even open or inform customers with Rx that are ready for pick up when they won't be opened or that they have unexpectedly closed for the day or the week

Seems WG is at height of decline in their customer service or it might be just in this part of the country. Just placed a same day delivery and they cancelled it within minutes! Apparently all the items are out of stock What are the chances of five various items all being out of stock?! Unless they are in process of closing down their location and not restocking shelves anymore? Anyways, Walgreens is horrible to deal with nowadays and I going elsewhere.

The employees working the pharmacy are incompetent and rude. Every month one of my medications gets dropped from auto-refill, causing me to waste time on a second trip. When I asked the employee if she could explain why that keeps happening, she didn't attempt to look into it and simply replied she didn't know. When I said that was not a helpful answer, she said I didn't need to have an attitude with her. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Chose another pharmacy instead of this one! I scheduled a test there one day before through the app and just when I arrived there the employees told that their system was down and they were not doing any tests at the moment. Why didn’t they tell before you schedule the appointment? They didn’t even apology or nothing.

This particular Walgreens pharmacy department is not all its cracked up to be. Their hours change daily especially when your picking up prescriptions. I realize Covid-19 has made a huge impact on business but this Walgreens pharmacy has been like this before Covid-19. It's frustrating when you have to deal with soo much rudness at places you spend your money

This store once was a great place to get prescriptions filled. The pharmacy manager, other pharmacists and staff were friendly, courteous,... and always did their best to get things right. Unfortunately, the first change was cutting back from being a 24-hour pharmacy. Then the staff started changing. Then Covid hit; yet very few of the pharmacy staff ever seemed to be wearing masks appropriately. Worse yet, the quality of service went down the tubes. Prescriptions were almost never ready by the promised time -- or something was missing from the order. The lines and wait times got to be ridiculous. They didn't answer the phone after you spent 30 minutes to an hour on hold waiting. It got to the point I had to go online and check everything over before making a trip to the store (because who wants to wait in line and then find out something is missing and you have to go back yet again and wait in line). Almost every time over the past 12 months I've had to call in (and wait on hold and/or call back after being "disconnected") and ask them to correct an error they made in the online order I placed. Don't ask me why, but they seem to think it's OK to just delete things from an order meticulously placed online. They've even literally made a couple of "medication mistakes" in recent memory (For those who don't know, that's where they literally gave me the wrong medication or wrong strength medication.). Their crowning achievement came today when I was forced to jump through multiple hoops to try to get a prescription filled that I needed before leaving on vacation tomorrow (calling and getting the doctor to say it was OK to fill a prescription early that he'd already sent in last week to get filled in time for us to leave on vacation... then calling back to the pharmacy to make sure they had received the call from the doctor, which they confirmed they had... then trying to call back and being "disconnected" four times after waiting on hold for 45 minutes to an hour after Walgreens online portal showed the pharmacist had cancelled said order... before finally driving back to the store for a second time only to be met by surly attitudes from the pharmacist and one of the pharmacy techs on duty, neither of whom had the courtesy to walk over to the window and speak to me, but who instead yelled at me from their work stations 15-20 feet away). Plus, they refused to fill the prescription because they couldn't find the note one of the pharmacy personnel had read to me as she typed it in earlier in the day. So I guess I'm cancelling my plans for tomorrow to start the whole process over, since I won't be near a pharmacy on this vacation (and that fact was clearly explained to everyone I talked to today). The answer from the surly pharmacist when I asked what to do about a medication I can't stop taking (potential brain damage from ceasing it suddenly): "Not my problem." Her answer on whether it bothered her to force cancellation of vacation plans due to an error obviously made by Walgreens personnel who didn't transcribe the phone call from the doctor: "Make Walgreens pay for it; I just work here. I'm not risking my license to help you." Speaking of that license, she also had a somewhat grandiose sense of her own credentials, since she felt the need to introduce herself as Dr. XXX when I asked for her name and pointed out that: "I don't care whether your doctor said it was OK to fill this prescription early. I'm the one who decides whether to fill it." (Yes, I'm aware that the Pharmacy Doctorate is the required degree, but so are doctoral degrees for most professors, but you don't find us saying our NAME is Dr. X.) As if all of that wasn't quite bad enough for the treatment in one night, I apparently had asked too many questions from 20 feet away, so the surly pharmacy tech came to the pharmacist's side, still not near me, and said: "You can stand here and ask questions all

I was able to get in and out with no fuss! Plenty of parking. I popped in to grab a birthday card for a friend and went right in and found one. When I got to the cashier he greeted me nicely, engaged in a friendly conversation and was so pleasant through the whole transaction. I had enough points to get $5 off my purchase, so that was a bonus!

Never use the pharmacy here. I've tried 5 times and no matter what day or time there is always a line, and it takes 25 minutes to pick up a prescription. There is always a line in the drive through as well.

It said it's open 24 hours but when I went an employee was very rude and said it opened at 8. This was after letting other people in and kicking me out.
