The customer service with Vivid Images has not reached my expectations. I was asked to get a quote for QR stickers, and the manager requested the information that was needed to make that happen and have been avoiding me since I've submitted the request. I have spoken to Sam, a few times and was forwarded over to the manager Jason, and he has cut communications with me which is highly unprofessional. I was told that an invoice will be sent to me with the price and has not been sent over. I was told that the turnaround time will be 24 hours and a few days has passed by with no communication. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with a business who does not want to be paid for services.

No where's for black folks to go was very unwelcome tried get yard signs made for my youth basketball team I didn't get pass the ruidsian looking white racists reception at front desk and no commity outreach to help non profits

I’ve used Vivid Images for homecoming campaign posters and flyers since 2019. The process is always easy. They are fast, have quality work and great prices. I was pleased they were opened this week for my last minute need for flyers and posters. The staff was helpful and accurate. These young adults are doing a great job. I wish them much success
