I used Visionworks because I knew Marion from a previous purchase of glasses and was pleased she was still there. She is extremely knowledgable on procedures and helped me select 2 pair of frames (you had a BOGO!) including suggestions on the options for the lenses. She.was patient when I changed my mind several times on the frames! I will use VW again if Marion is still there when the time comes for me to purchase again!

My overall experience was good. But there are some things that needs improvement. For starters the lady who performs the pressure tests and some other test is nice but she looks very mean and unapproachable.
The Optometrist (Dr. Gauthreaux) was very nice and attentive. And the lady who helps with the insurance and helps with selecting frames is very nice and energetic?
The WORST PART Is, that Location needs to Update their Frame Selection! I saw frames I had LAST YEAR ‼️
The COMPANY NEEDS TO ADDRESS Their Frame Selection ❗️ I spent Over An HOUR trying to Find FRAMES‼️
That’s UNACCEPTABLE ‼️‼️‼️

My first eye visit, they all were very caring and show lots of support when picking out my eyewear and the ophthalmologist was a joy to be around.

I’ve been a loyal Customer of Visionworks for at least 17 years. Dr. Lum has cared for me and my daughters eyecare. I’ve always had a very positive experience when selecting glasses. Everyone there is Patient, kind and highly professional. I highly recommend the Florida Visionworks.

The environment was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Gauthreaux was WONDERFUL, patient, made sure I was comfortable with my contacts , I have had not so good experiences in the past at another facility with my contacts, but she made sure I was fine and comfort before leaving. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly there. I always enjoy my visit and don't feel rushed. Lots of glasses to choose from and great promotions.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wait time was awesome from walking into the door until my exit. It's will worth the 45 minutes drive I have to take to get there. The Dr is like no other dr. She doesn't rush you and love what she do. I most definitely will be back!

These ladies are absolutely amazing! Soo kind and patient. Most places are so stiff and don’t interact more than necessary, but these women here were so personable and kind!!!

I love this place!!!
