“I moved to Baton Rouge in 2023 with my then 85 pound American Bully. She had actually just gotten surgery before our move and I needed to quickly find a vet that I could trust to monitor her after care. After a recommendation from a classmate, I couldn't have chosen a better veterinarian practice. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Meade, and all of the technicians are welcoming, knowledgeable, and treat my girl as if she were their own. We are greeted warmly every visit and I never feel uneasy or question how I or my dog are being treated.The only downside to this practice is the cost a lot of times as it seems it can be a bit overpriced compared to some other local veterinarians. However, I am unsure if I would get the same care at other practices which I value, so that is ultimately why I choose to stay with Garden District.”

“My dog and I love Armstrong Vet! My dog is leash reactive and the vet does an amazing job making her feel comfortable. They only have one appointment at a time, so we never have issues with other animals in the lobby, especially if we call before going inside. The first time we went the staff did a great job getting to know my dog, giving her treats, and making her comfortable so now she enjoys the vet and the people there!”

“I was watching a friends dog. Siegen Lane Animal Hospital is her vet. Dr Fazio and her staff are fantastic! They attended to the dog and were familiar with her. I arrived early in the morning and the kennel techs were busy walking dogs and tending to the boarding area. I have been to many veterinary offices and was very impressed with this one. I highly recommend this veterinary office.”

“I brought my puppy in multiple times here. Dr. Greene is super nice and very informative with any questions and he will even ask you questions to make sure y'all talk about things which was great. The puppy shots were averaged price. I know places off Highland that cost double..but I wouldn't say GDAH was cheap. I can always get an appointment, and they are always helpful over the phone for any weird questions you may have. The sick pet fee is pretty high, which is unfortunate. I really like the atmosphere here but I do wish you could see them wipe down more things sometimes. My dog has peed on their floor and they were quick to clean it up.”
