Google fi is better in every way. Try to transfer a number from Verizon...you'll see who they really are...besides, My wife was paying $150/mo for what she now gets from Google fi for $40/month and that includes hot spot.

I purchased a phone here, that experience was fine because I knew what I wanted, the return was the problem. When I returned the device the manager at the time was very hostile to me. After the return was processed, she didn't reactivate my old phone. I asked her how long it would be before service was restored and she went off on me for not telling her it needed to be done. I had but that wasn't worth mentioning since she was so hostile. I really hope she got fired since then. It was so bad that 2 years later I still won't consider using this store. Russell cellular, please don't respond to this post as you had your chance when I emailed you about it at the time of the incident.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. The "dude" who kept his behind planted firmly in his seat, not about to STAND to great a customer...not a hello ...I asked for help with my Samsung Galaxy s10 and he said, man I'm an apple guy I know nothing about androids (poor him)...I was interested in pre-purchasing the new Samsung S24...he didn't have any interest in helping me. Verizon actually pointed me to them to help and I told them they never have any descent associates working there, but this "APPLE DUDE" takes the cake..which he should lay off of!!!

So today 6/9/2023 i got off from work to make it to the store around 6:10 pm, they had a dark skinned lady standing in front the door, she was standing there trying to see where we were coming to the store. You saw the annoyed look on her face. My husband and I circled around because we thought she was closing the store. So my husband saw how much attitude she was going to give us from her face. WE drove off and the reason she looked so annoyed because she wanted to sit in the car and talk to her friend on the clock and we was stopping her from doing so. this made me extremely upset and she is stopping you guys from making sales. VERY DISAPPOINTED

They lost a sale today. Wanted to start new service as Im leaving trash mobile. There was 2 workers (one in training). The wait was like 30 mins. and the worker kept making mistakes. Wasn’t worth waiting any longer.
