Visited twice, both for the same reason: my grandma’s phone wasn’t working. First visit: assistant did not look at the phone, just ordered a new one. FedEx took its time and was late. Received new phone but was lacking back and battery. Installed SIM card and used back and battery from old phone to find it still doesn’t work. Second visit: Assistant looked at the phone and announced I needed a new battery. Great. But Verizon doesn’t carry batteries. And I can order one from Amazon. Fantastic! So, now I get to wait. Again! Why wasn’t this announced on my first visit and why doesn’t Verizon carry such things for the phones they sell? To this question, I received a very condescending answer about how Verizon was just my carrier, not the manufacturer. Who’s the manufacturer? “Oh, Kyrocera. It says so right there on the the front of your phone.” She followed this up with how *I* was being rude. I wasn’t. I was a bit peeved considering Verizon didn’t do their job the first time around (because I could have ordered a battery the week before!). So I left. Ordered the battery, which took another whole week to come in and installed it in the new phone as I’d already boxed up the old one. I’ll be dropping it off to FedEx today. You all need to do better.

Came to corporate Blvd location 2weeks ago store closed ( website says open until 5.) came again today at 6:00 pm. Young lady locked the door and pulled down the security gates right in front of me. Again website states open until 7I guess this location makes their own hours. Please update the correct hours on the website. While I am sending this review 3 other customers walk up to a locked doorVery poor customer service

If I could give this place a no star review, I would. Very unprofessional and has to call customer service in store to do everything that they should know how to do??? It’s taken 3 days of trips there for my boyfriend and now on the final time, they tell him he needs to call customer service himself to fix the issue of his old phone and new phone sharing the same phone number??? That’s not how that works and they should be able to fix that IN STORE. And on the first trip, they rushed him out of the store and turned people away because at 6pm, they have to leave and can’t stay over to make sure their customers are satisfied and not having any issues. Yeah right. This place is such a joke.

They try to be helpful but the Verizon company has such horrible customer support. If you call them, you are on hold forever and they never followup as they say they will. So I went to this location for assistance, and NO HELP!! They wanted to send me to another location. They also had NO SIM CARDS IN STOCK! Really??!!

if i could leave no stars i would.my husband didn’t know this location specifically closes at 6. he walked up to the doors at 5:50 & there were still costumers in there. the workers stared at him as he tried opening the doors and shook their heads at him.we sat in the parking lot and waited for an extra ten minutes till the other customers left & they started putting down the window protections & walked out. i understand it’s closing time but they’re was a better way to approach that instead of staring at a costumer in the rain & shaking ur head at them.what happened to working hard to satisfy customers? verizon sucks plain and simple. don’t waste ur time nor money at verizon because it’s not worth it.

VERIZON has such horrible customer service compared to many years ago. Every year it gets worse! When you call, all they FOCUS ON IS "DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A PAYMENT". And if you don't select each prompt VERY CAREFULLY, their wonderful robot hangs up on you!! I called 3 times and was on hold 45 MINUTES just to speak to someone that was inexperienced!! REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Furthermore, I read the negative reviews and the response from "the Owner" is really unhelpful!!

Here's the most expensive option, and no we're not going to reccomend any other options, or plans that are more suitable for your needs. We really don't care about our customers, just that we sell the most costly everything, and then you can leave. If you have any issues we don't deal with them. Call customer service. We hat dealing with people unless you're going to buy something.

Verizon is not the carrier you want if you have business or professional services needed. They have no professional staffing to address your needs, and outsource calls to random call centers. If you need a company that will communicate and work with you, this is not the one.While I am grateful for whatever automatic and generic "owners" response is given to this review, I warn anyone against starting service with this company.What I would appreciate, is if someone from the "back-office" would kindly reach back out and assist us with our current situation.Business owners move forward with caution and beware before engaging with Verizon/Visible.
