Let’s see yesterday I was asking if the package they lost weeks ago had been found, instead was accused of running a scam that prints shipping labels and doesn’t mail the item? This is the manager telling me this !!! I had to leave and pray for that lady to grow a brain. I have had a case opened for 3 weeks, talked to 8 different workers from all over and had to pay my buyer back, paid the shipping, and out of my item. Yet I’m running a shipping scam. Y’all be the judge. You have been warned.

Can never answer the phone no matter how many times you call, and when you go up there they are very rude and not much help.

I receive my mail regularly from this post office and have encountered a few issues from time to time. Ms. Angela is consistently the person I interact with, and she has always been incredibly kind and helpful. She ensures that any problem is resolved promptly. She is truly an asset to any business and a fantastic employee to have.

It’s sad that I have to write this review, but it’s very evident through the lack of manners and people skills how much the employees don’t want to be here. If you’re in a customer service-based job, you should not act like the customers are such a burden to you. It’s not the customers fault that you dislike your job or working at all. Why does coming to the post office to mail a package have to be such a rude experience? It took 5 minutes of me standing there for the employee to even come out to me, then she played on her phone for about a minute before even looking up. The employee didn’t even respond when I politely said hello and then when I let her know that I already had a pre-paid label, she said (with a very rude tone and attitude) “I knowwwwww! I can see.” Please quit your job if you hate being around people so much. Will go to the Bluebonnet post office from now on!

This is the worse post office. The lady at the counter with the dreads has always been a rude B****. I will no longer go to the post office, I rather travel to another city before using this one. Not only that, but they’re slow and have no urgency or patience but yet they want you to have patience. I see why this particular one have a low star rating.

Once again this place has lost a package that they marked as being delivered and I have yet to see. This time it was personalized gifts that I ordered for my 2 children for Christmas. I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive this package all to have had the mail carrier either put in someone else's box or who knows where it is. This is frustrating and annoying. Then the actual workers in the post office are rude and very unprofessional when you go there to find out where your packages are. This is money I spent with a company for my kids to have a good Christmas gift from their mother all for the people who work at the post office to mess up and basically don't care. If there was a way to hold these people accountable for their mess ups, I bet they would care for how they treat people's packages!!! SO RIDICULOUS

The most incompetent mules. Poor attitude and can’t get the basics of literacy down. What does the address say??? Put it in the corresponding mailbox. Instead we have to lose packages and ruin my sons birthday!!

I feel so dissapointed about this post office. This aftenoon looking how one of their employees just kept a long conversation with a gentleman, without worry about the long líne and the people frustration. Really ???? Please have a little customer service, in the top of that , they Just look like you owns they a favor.

Horrible service. One of the ladies working the counter was on her phone talking to her friend and ignored any attempt to answer a simple question I had.I had to return an item via USPS, so I left and went to a different location where the employee I spoke to was super nice and actually wanted to be there.
