My package was incorrectly marked as delivered (it was delivered to the wrong mailbox), and after redelivering it incorrectly to the wrong mailbox again, the package was still not recovered. After communicating with USPS for the past 3 days, there still has been no solution or recovery of my package.

Terrible terrible experience. Every package I’ve ever got with USPS IN BR had taken days to weeks extra to come in. Just use UPS or FedEx they won’t hire as uneducated of people.

Went in to mail a jacket and a hair donation, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were busy but they weren’t rude or short, just to the point and polite! Very happy with my visit, can’t wait til I have to mail another package

Always slow. Seems like these people hate their lives and everyone who comes here. Service takes forever. I Dread this place but it’s only one close to my office. Good luck.

I tried to mail my package at 4535 Bennington Ave Baton Rouge Louisiana. The lady (her name is R’aneishia Matthews) scanned my QR code and put the prepaid shipping label on the bag I ordered from the USPS website. After putting the prepaid label on my bag and she handed me the receipt and then I was about to walk out when she stopped me and said I couldn’t mail my package because it was the wrong mailer. I asked her why I couldn’t use it this time when I have used it several times before and she got an attitude and got her manager (Cody or Codi, it’s a girl). They both came back to the front and both continued to get an attitude with me and the manager lady started raising her voice. I walked out of the post office and then walked back in to get their names and I walked in on Matthews bad mouthing me to several customers and her manager. Due to their careless mistake and rude attitude my package appears to be in their possession as they have already printed the label but failed to correct their mistake. I would like to prevent this from happening to anyone else. This is the second time I had a problem at this location.

went to this location at 10.20 am on 04/17/2023 to mail my DEPOP orders. I had a prepaid label and had told the employee that it was already paid for. She simply told me to get a box and I did. She charged me extra for something I should not have paid for and was being too unprofessional and rude. She is not good at her job and has made me waste so much money and then said that she pointed at the wrong ones. I have made my complaint regarding the lady at Clerk 17 (KATHERINE).

Place is trash , they lost my package & couldn’t admit to tell me . They run you around in circles .. The workers are no help . I will be filing an complaint

Lost my package which was marked as delivered over a week ago but I never got it.Went 4 times to this post office and they took my number 3 times but never contacted me. Finally they told me that they lost a package and couldn`t locate it .Very poor customer service
