I’m not sure who is back there sorting the mail, but we are constantly getting other people’s mail.
Example: If my PO Box is 80014, I’m always getting mail for 80012, 80013, and 80004.
That makes me think that other people are getting our mail.

This is the second time I had to drop off a package after hours in the college dr. , blue dropbox, and this is the second time my package has been lost and USPS claims no responsibility or liability to cover the cost of my items that have been lost on their watch. I’m now out $477.65. IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TO GET LOSE THEN ID TOTALLY USE THIS LOCATION. If you value the item you’re mailing to be delivered, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DROPBOX. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Sometimes they can be short staff or be a wait. However they have always been able to assist me with whatever packages I have had to mail.

My package was incorrectly marked as delivered (it was delivered to the wrong mailbox), and after redelivering it incorrectly to the wrong mailbox again, the package was still not recovered. After communicating with USPS for the past 3 days, there still has been no solution or recovery of my package.

Terrible terrible experience. Every package I’ve ever got with USPS IN BR had taken days to weeks extra to come in. Just use UPS or FedEx they won’t hire as uneducated of people.

Went in to mail a jacket and a hair donation, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were busy but they weren’t rude or short, just to the point and polite! Very happy with my visit, can’t wait til I have to mail another package
