PLEASE CLEAN THE URINE FROM IN FRONT OF MY BOX. I HAVE SKIPPED IN THIS, AND ONE CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT I WENT THROUGH HAVING TO KEEP THE URINE CLOTHES ON WAITING FOR AMBULANCE. FROM THE DAY OF THE FALL, FEB 06TH TIL NOW, URINE CONTINUE IN FRONT OF BOX. SO MANY TIMES I JUST STARTED RECORDING. WILL ALSO SUM FOR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. (Government St location)

Today I was forced to pay for a tiny piece of tape for my package after having to pay to SEND IT! I watched the lady who refused to give me tape tape other people's packages for them. Then the woman had the audacity to tell me MERRY CHRISTMAS! What kind of Christmas could it be if you're charging me for a little strip of tape? I was highly offended by her sarcasm.

The post office was closed due to the holiday but you can still go inside and use the self service.

They are stealing my packages and my mail, bunch of sad low life thieves. USPS girl literally told me she’s not gonna deliver my mail to my house, the whole usps faculty is in with it stealing peoples checks and expensive items. They deserve NOOO stars?

Lazy & incompetent workers! Downright DISGUSTING!! How do you mark a package as"no access", but don't even ATTEMPT to deliver it. Those were medical supplies that are MANDATORY! I will be filling claims against these idiotic people.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!! After losing my package, I was not made aware until my customer informed us that it had been marked as "out for delivery" for over a MONTH.
So, I call in. ZERO help.
I call back after their 2-3 day buffer and apparently it had not even been looked into!!!??
So, I call back in ANOTHER 2-3 business days and they have NO information.
Eventually, I receive an email stating:
"Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your experience. Your USPS® Service Request XXXXXXXXX has been marked as resolved.
The Local Post Office is unable to locate the package. Given the elapsed of time, your package is irrevocably lost.
Regrettably, I must inform you that Federal law 28 U.S.C.2680(b) exempts the Postal Service from liability for claims arising out of the loss, miscarriage, or negligent delivery of mail matter..."
So, my issue has been "RESOLVED" by them stating:
They (the USPS) lost the package. It was not stolen off a porch or anything, THEY LOST IT..
Them not even apologizing.
Not offering ANY refund or credit.
Stating that THEY are NOT liable for packages THEY lose.
And.. Deal with it, sucks for you.
OK, so I am out of the cost of the product I sent, out of the postage and our customer is out of luck and going elsewhere due to this.
GREAT JOB EVERYONE!! YOU ARE A CREDIT TO YOUR AWFUL COMPANY WHICH IS SUBSIDIZED BY MY TAX DOLLARS! I GUESS IT RUNS LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE THE GOVERNMENT HAS A HAND IN. "We screwed up, we are not sorry and go screw yourself".. Understood

I’ve had Desiree the past couple times I’ve come to the post office to mail something - and every time she’s been so helpful and had such great customer service! I wouldn’t want to go to any other USPS location now!

Place ain’t great. Yea they could do better. But they are trying. I think it’s the whole USPS that is messed up. These local employees do what they can working with a broken system. I honestly appreciate you guys.

These stars go to the sweet, good hearted ladies that work at this office. They are so nice.Usps has its faults and frustrations but it should be known that the workers here are attentive and polite. .

So I have been calling for Almost 5 hours now and it just goes to a busy signal. I think they are doing this just to not have to answer phone calls. So sad how are country and places of business are becoming. Don't even wanna help or talk to customers. Try call all you will get on the local phone number is a busy signal everytime all day
