Love UPS stores, they do everything.

Makes you pay $2 for taping a tiny part of the box for an Amazon return. According to them, I needed 1 inch of tape. The other UPS stores don't do this. I couldn't return this Amazon item at this location because they wanted me to buy their tape. I had to drive to the other UPS store and they accepted my Amazon return without any issues or wanting me to buy tape. Why is this location operating differently for their UPS customers?

Omg this UPS store is one of the best stores I have visited. I actually felt like they were fighting over me to serve me. Not only are the girls absolutely gorgeous but their customer service skills are a on point. Kudos, to this location.It has to be the best in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Go check them out for yourself and trust me you will agree.

The place to go to get large sized documents scanned. Ross handled it all for me and treated my documents with care. It was relatively quick too. By the time I left, I had the digitized version on my phone. The resolution/imagine quality also blew me away. Top tier service all the way around!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a UPS store. I’m not saying that I have ever had a bad experience but the two girls, Jhori and Neya, at the UPS store on Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge were extremely helpful, friendly, and quick!! They were the best!!!
