The girl who work at the front desk has no customer service skills, I stand there for two minutes with my package waiting for her to scan it and she was texting infront of me till the other girl came and helped me , i will never come back there !

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Terrible customer service when I called the local store. Was given false information. Package is lost, stuck somewhere. I paid $52 for overnight and it’s not even close to the destination. Don’t ever use UPS. National customer service is difficult to navigate and almost impossible to speak with a human.

I went to drop off a package for the company I work with. When I got there it was 4:50pm. The store closed @6:30pm and there was a sign on the door. "Closed for Lunch" I waited till 5 and saw no one then noticed a line of people on the other side by the other door. One man said he waited for 30 minutes. He told me the sign before said closed till 4:30 for lunch and he knocked on the door and the girl came with an attitude saying don't it say we closed till 5 and he said the note says 4:30 and she said oh well I meant to put 5. She wrote another note that said till 5 and walked away. Now at 5:02 the man(at this time i stood with him and a line of people clearly waiting a while.) He knocked on the door and a girl unlocked it. The one still behind the counter said YOU pointing at the man she said didn't I tell you we'd be back at 5. He said WAY TO KINDLY BY THE WAY yes ma'am but it's 5:02. She rolled her eyes and yelled YES 5:02 and you have the nerve to knock on that door, you lucky my manager aint here I shouldn't even much take your packages. She was rude made a line of people feel extremely uncomfortable and clearly showed she did not want to work. By the way in the real world where we live in a normal store because it is a store, there are 2 employees so one takes a break while the other covers the front desk. This girl was a disgrace to the UPS name. I use to go there all the time about 2 years ago and there was a sweet guy that worked behind the counter that always smiled and was kind to customers. These girls need to be retrained and clearly so does the manager since this girl is so convinced her manager would back her acting a donkey to a VERY KIND by the way paying customer. The man was so sweet and so kind the whole time. If she ever sees him again she owes him an apology and a thank you for not calling corporate. She threatened to not mail his packages and made him feel attacked just for wanting to deliver his packages. It was so sad.

Today at about 5 pm I went into this store and nobody greeted me or asked me how may the assist me then I walked to the desk and said hello how are y’all doing the 2 girls there just looked and didn’t say nothing I said I have these returns nobody said ok or nothing the girl at the desk just pulled the scanner out and gave me a I’m ready face then I didn’t have the ring in a envelope so she said I can’t return it that way you need one of them bags over there didn’t pint or say which one nothing so I asked would someone show me because idk what bag you mean they just looked at each other in disgust and one proceeded to get it then sat it on desk instead of giving it to me and told me it was 0.32 but charged me a $1.00 after transaction they just looked at me I was so confused and in disgust with their attitudes

The girl at the front desk has absolutely no customer service skills!! Was not greeted as I walked in and said hi! Looked annoyed that she had to do her JOB! and opened my package and handed me my receipt and box saying “here you go we don’t have a trash can”She just sucked to say she has to deal with customers all day! She needs to find another job!

Lost my time sensitive package then offers zero help in attempting to find it. Friday afternoon at 1pm and the manager is gone for the day and won’t return till next week. Not one employee in the building that knows how to file a claim. Asked for manager to call me instead of the instore employee having to text her to find information out, still no response. What a joke of a manager, obviously won’t be there long.

The sherwood location needs to lose the girl with the heart tattoo on her neck. I didn’t see a name badge because if I had I would post it on here. She stood there the whole time talking on the phone with her friend while helping me. She had the phone up to her ear so I didn’t know if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. I made sure I let her know how she rude she was before I left the store. The whole interaction was just ridiculous! They don’t have to worry about me ever returning to that location as long as she works there!
