Unfortunately, unable to get them on the phone. I’ll have to take the time to go in store to find out if my package was ever shipped. The nonchalant demeanor of the associate doesn’t bother me as much as not knowing if my package was properly shipped. I received no confirmation so I’m left to guess.

My experience at the UPS store (3236), 7350 Jefferson Hwy, was exceptional. The customer service agent: RYAN was very professional! Ryan went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. He was more than determined to help; without any hesitation!!!! Ten (10) stars for Ryan!!!!!

I can understand why they have only 3.4 stars for reviews because I wish I could give zero stars to submit my experience. I have ALWAYS used this location and ignored the unpleasantness of the employees but today I totally understand why the employees are so angry; probably the RUDE owner and manager. I dropped off a return package on November 20th and as of today there is still no tracking. There system was offline this day but I have receipt of drop-off.I nicely called this morning and the lady advised me to call back after 12 noon when manager was there. Called back as instructed and provided my situation but there was immediate rudeness when I nicely asked for an update. The owner/manager hung up and I called back because I needed more details on something their store messed up. She answered again still sounding mad, bitter, and angry for no reason as I called the store both times with no hostility and anger in my tone. I was told to never call or visit the store again and there were 13 other stores I could call for assistance. I will be sure to never visit this location again because these calls really disappointed me when I’m only the customer that’s not mad about a problem they caused but only want situation handled.

I had a wonderful experience at this UPS. I had to mail my mothers christmas tree across the country. Karen and Teril both were so helpful. They made it happen!!!! It was so appreciated these two were amazing!!!!!

I recently moved and I shipped roughly 6-7 very large boxes from this store. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful. I just got all of the boxes to my new home and everything is in great condition! Thank y'all so much!

I typically don’t go to this UPS and started handling print orders at FedEx because this is the second time I’ve gone to this location and the employees are rude. My experience today from the moment I walked in was horrible. The young man with locs is condescending and has a horrible tone when he speaks, he is rude, and he doesn’t act like he wants to help you. I didn’t even get what I needed to add to the experience. He claimed there was not an attachment in my order even though I received an email that said your order is complete and ready for pickup. I also was charged for the prints proving I had attached the documents because the price starts at $0 on the system and then when you add the documents it goes up. The guy proceeds to say well it’s not our system it’s UPS . I’m confused because am I not standing in UPS?Needless to say I will not be back because nothing should be this difficult and frustrating.Update:The manager contacted me (which I appreciated and they were very nice). My order had been fulfilled and was already printed. So as I said, I did attach my documents and the agent I was working with did not want to go look for it. I'm not sure why the response by UPS is about pricing because this has nothing to do with the price. It was just about the rude person working in the store.

All of the customer service staff was very unfriendly, but the young man with the braided hair was extremely rude. He was very condescending. On my way out, I heard another customer saying that she would not be back as well. Bad customer service destroys businesses.
