Mr. Mark took on the failed AC system in my truck and was very honest and quick with the work at hand. He communicated very clearly what needed to be done as well as any surprises once diving into the job. His prices are also very fair and competitive with the rest of the market. The AC worked just as good if not better than the day I drove it off of the dealership lot once repaired! Thanks again for taking on this job and we will definitely continue to use your shop.

My husband and I have been going here for several years! Mr. Mark goes above & beyond to help get you back on the road safely!! He’s extremely knowledgeable, & honest! He won’t let you replace parts that aren’t needed.. my husband had thought he needed to replace his clutch but Mr. Mark said no, I can just adjust it for you and you can save some money.. there’s been many instances that he’s saved us a lot of money! The area is sketchy but he’s helps the community around there.. I’ve seen him give money out of his own pocket to a guy off the street.. he has replaced numerous parts, some I’ve bought online… I won’t trust my vehicles with anyone else..

The best mechanic in town hands down. He will give you the best price and get the work done in a day. Got quoted 5500 at another shop for a whole bunch of stuff and a week estimate to complete, then took it here and got it done in a day for 3800. Highly recommend this shop.

I used them until I discovered Mark was ripping me off. He preys on accented customers. Each time I take my car there for diagnosis, he fixes it without first giving an estimate. Later presents you with outrageous bills ( both on parts and services). The only time he attempted to give me heads up on diagnosis was the last time I was there. He called to tell me I had a broken part on the engine housing and as such I needed to replace the engine. When I told him I was not prepared for engine replacement, he charged me exorbitant fee to return my vehicle in exactly the same form it came in (I drove it there by the way). If I chose not to pay, I would have to tow it off their lot. I paid him and told him he would never get my business again. If you do find yourself there, make sure he gives you an estimate before commencing work on your vehicle. If possible, the estimates should be itemized and printed out.
