I do not and will preach to anyone I know to never use this company. They don’t know how to fix cars, had to send my vehicle to another repair shop and service updates on the progression of repairs is a joke. Tim called every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and couldn’t tell me 1 thing that was being done to my vehicle after a month and a half of it being there. On the last update to pick up my vehicle I asked what all was done and again he still couldn’t tell me, he said it would be in the paperwork when I came to pick it up. I still had issues when I brought the vehicle home and he is now saying it’s not related to the accident and I’m liable for all the work that needs to be done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had involving a wrecked vehicle that I was not even at fault for. I was encouraged to use this place because the at fault driver had Progressive and that’s the only way they would “warranty” their work. Apparently this shop and Progressive are a total scam. My car was the best car until it was “fixed” by this place. Specifically dealt with Jimmy although he never seemed to be there when we called to discuss the issues. All conversations were held by the front desk as a middle man. My initial complaint was the vibrations that never existed before the wreck. After getting my car back the exterior portion that they fixed kept falling apart. I brought my car back in (warranty, right?) and Jimmy and the adjuster via Progressive (Val) partnered together and blamed my left tire for causing these vibrations that had mysteriously become an issue AFTER the wreck and this tire was on the opposite side of where the impact from the wreck occurred. I ended up bringing it to my own mechanic and he reported the vibrations were not due to the tire whatsoever, but instead motor mounts that were overlooked twice by Unique/Jimmy/Val. Not only this, but after getting my car back my dashboard is all wrinkled up and costing me around $7100 to replace and the cause is believed to be from them leaving my car out in the sun/rain while they repaired my door and allowing moisture to get into my car. Not only that but it smells terrible! After numerous phone calls back and forth with the front desk (because again Jimmy never came to the phone himself) they are still denying any fault and did not even offer to take another look at the car. Also, if Progressive recommends a select collision center to warranty any work RUN!!!! Get your own diagnostics performed by a trusted mechanic first because now I have to come out of pocket over $8000 to fix both issues.

DO NOT USE! Total mess using them through Progressive. They fixed the cosmetic damage, but didn't even address the vibration we felt after the collision that I noted when I sent in the photos. We even brought it back to get it addressed and they misdiagnosed the issue again. Brought to dealership and it was clear what was wrong. They did exactly what Progressive quoted based on photos I took, didn't even diagnose the issue, just blamed a tire that wasn't directly involved in the wreck. Total scam. Please save yourself the headache! Now we will be coming out of our own pocket for a wreck that wasn't our fault.

Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way. A couple parts got hung up and he bent over backwards trying to find them. Then let us know as soon as he did that it might be a couple more days than he originally told us (still faster than other shops). As for the work, I actually waited to write this because I have had other work look good at first only to realize later that parts/work were inferior. But after a number of months everything is working and looking as it should. We will be back.

They agreed to to do the work on my daughter's car for what the insurance was going to pay. When she dropped it off, someone went through the minor damage and gave an estimate nearly 3x what the adjuster said. That caused the car to be totaled for very minor damage and has now left her without a vehicle. Very dishonest & we feel scammed. They only get one star because I couldn't make it ZERO.

From the estimate to completion, the process was great. Mr. Jimmy was in constant communication during the process! Would take my vehicles there again if I ever need to. Great job UCCC!!
