I went to the Airline Hwy location after talking with Wayne about my breaks. I told him I thought I needed new ones. He said they would inspect them for free and let me know. After he inspected them he said the breaks were fine! I will be back next year when they need to be replaced, Wayne and his team were very nice and helpful! They also stayed late to put air in my tires because when he was driving my car out of the bays he noticed I had a low tire light on. He said he was going to pull it back in the shop and fill up all my tires. He said "I can't let me leave with low tires!" THANK YOU

I went to this car center not knowing who I would be turning the vehicle with.Truck has 24inch rims. and I mustttt say the staff on "Airline" were great. Friendly and clean place. They get the job done. I trusted this buisness with my vehicle. I will continue to do business with Mr. Wayne on airline thanks.

Good guys, rare that a br auto service is trying to help and not rip-off its customers.The alignment was perfect, and the brake inspection was accurate. The price was fair and the service writer was honest.Earned my trust and future business!

Wow!!l I had a wonderful experience at this place!For context, I am a college aged girl with zero knowledge of cars and my parents live out of town.I tried another local place but they had a 4 hour wait. I called Ultimate Tire & Brakes and talked to Wayne who was so pleasant and said he could take me immediately!I swear I must have waited 30 minutes max and in that time they were able to take me right away, get my spare off, patch the hole, and put my tire back on.As a college kid I sincerely appreciate their generosity, efficiency, & kindness! Bring your car and all your friends cars here y’all!Thanks again to Wayne, the mechanics, and everyone at Ultimate Tire & Breaks.

I must say when I found this place, I found the best customer service in town! I come from Mississippi just to get serviced by this place. All the staff are friendly. Lately I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Wayne. He has been a true blessing everytime I go I'm never disappointed. He works with his customers until they are satisfied. If you are in town be sure to give this place a try , you won't be disappointed?

Car was perfectly fine and went in for an alignment, after saying they can’t do the alignment I had to get my car towed away. Won’t claim responsibility for whatever they damaged. Car won’t even start now.

The best of the best. Fixed me up with a new set of tires for a great price quickly. Even made sure the steering components for my alignment were good! Easy to get to location, great customer service, and has a nice little waiting room where I got some coffee and TV for the wait. JJ and his staff are so kind and awesome, 10 out of 10 recommend!
