My wife loves this store. I recently got a haircut for the salon by Jade and I’ve never received more compliments from a haircut than the one she gave me.

Just went in to grab a few things. Normally I like this location but today it was horrible. The check out girl literally threw my bag at me when I was checking out and was so rude. Not offering any help either.

Most of the people working there are so helpful and great at color matching makeup for your skin. The salon part.....is good too. My eyebrows have never looked so good!

I was attended to immediately, sales Rep, Dom, was very helpful she explained certain products I needed help with. Very knowledgeable, kind, & friendly. Enjoyed my shopping experience, I will return to this location.

The lady's took me here to pick up perfume and moisturizer. The coconut perfume by Le mond gourmand was out of stock. So found another in the perfume section that was very good smelling and was hints of coconut. Same price. The moisturizer was exactly what we came for. Also picked upeye liner multi pack to try.

The MAC Subject matter expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended products that were spot on and answered a question my wife had that other Ultas were not able to awnser.

Customer Service was not Welcoming. Walk inside and no one from the check-out greeted me. However they greeted everyone else after me. I did get assistance in Mac Cosmetic and get some products. Thankfully Shelby, Operation Manager, greeted me during check out.

Came into the store today to get help with my makeup , cause a previous concealer broked me out an turned my eyelids black , so as I entered to go ask for help some white lady with green and black hair that looks like she practice witchcraft was gossiping about another associate while also mumbling something to a coworker an the coworker looked at me with a smirk , both of them I knew they were laughing at my eyes cause if the way they both looked at me an then looked at each other an laugh . I just put my head down feeling depressed a down . So two other coworkers that happen to work in Clinique was really nice and helpful . I can’t say I won’t be back , because they’ve some really nice people who works there and I live close , I just won’t ever deal with the lady with the green hair again . Making fun of ppl is bullying an disrespectful an we all should be treated the same no matter of how we look
