I’ve been an ulta rewards platinum member for years. I went to get my annual birthday gift twice this month and there were 0 in-store options. Show appreciation for long term customers and keep 5-6 mini sized gifts at reasonable stock levels. Ridiculous.

I cannot say enough good things about this store location! The staff is incredibly helpful without being intrusive, allowing me to shop comfortably without feeling watched or judged (even dressed like a hobo w/ a messy bun, spray tan & chemical peel). Even after moving to Biloxi, I make the round trip to shop here specifically. Unlike other stores, such as the Juban Ulta or Sephora, I never feel scrutinized for my appearance, my budget, or having my children. The employees are kind, respectful, and go above and beyond to assist, even taking significant time to help me find exactly what I need—once helping me choose the best gift I’ve ever given! They’re knowledgeable about sales, coupons, and online deals, and they never judge the flaws I’m trying to conceal. I always leave feeling valued and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

I went into the store yesterday for what I thought would be an in and out experience. For background, I have just switched from Sephora to Ulta earlier this year. Couple of months ago I picked up three Peach and Lily deals as gifts from ulta and that went smooth. While shopping I came across a perfume, which I loved and was impressed that ulta carried good molecules as well! I went back there to purchase the perfume but needed help, so was told to wait for an employee who knew perfumes, let’s call her X. While waiting for X, the manager (apparently) blond woman shows up, and starts staring at me literally examining me from head to toe. She was VILE. She proceeds to ask the girls at the counter who I’m waiting for (completely misunderstands the very helpful girls) and then pages X, saying “apparently she only needs you”. All this time she’s looking me up and down like I’m someone the cat dragged in .. Though I eventually got what I wanted I’m amazed that this is the trash attitude of a manager... In my past experience the other manager (black lady), had a positive vibe and was friendly and helpful! She radiated customer service. This woman (her name is Tulane or Tilane or something), needs help in every which way including diversity training, communication skills, courtesy, and just basic manners on how to behave in public! Horrible customer service experience because of this one woman!

My wife and daughter love Ulta and I recommend Ulta. Prices are reasonable and there are a lot of choices to find anything beauty here. The associates are helpful and quick at what they do especially at check out. The store is clean and organized.

No one greeted me when I arrived but greeted other races.No one asked did I need help but one person came at the end when I was finishing up and I thank her for that . I will not be coming back to this location. The vibe in this store was definitely low.
