Super convenient, very quick, and I was able to drop the keys off when I was done and they were closed.

They do not check in their trucks if you return it after hours using the drop box. I rented a truck for one day but finished early so returned it that night leaving the key in the drop box as instructed. They extended my rental, charging me extra saying the truck wasn’t returned.
