“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ULTIMATE TIRE AND BRAKES!!!A Dealership Misdiagnosed, slightly, the problem with my car. The Dealership said my car's bearings on my front wheels need replacing. I decided to bring my car to Ultimate Tire and Brakes, on S.Sherwood and have them check it because the dealership was, as you would expect it, Extremely Expensive. ($1660+ for two wheels). Matt at Ultimate had it checked and, yes.. it was bearings, and yes...on two wheels, but it was actually front driver and rear passenger. NOT Bothe front. And Matt did the work for just over $700! Saving me over $900!!!! This IS MY SHOP FROM NOW ON! THANKS So Much for taking GREAT Care of me and my car!Update*** I just had my brakes done at Ultimate, my man Matt transferred to the Airline store, BUT Casey Hooked Me Up! Love these guys....I'm 59 and this IS THE BEST SHOP I'VE EVER GONE TO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOLID WORK!VERY VERY PLEASED ?”

“I went to the Airline Hwy location after talking with Wayne about my breaks. I told him I thought I needed new ones. He said they would inspect them for free and let me know. After he inspected them he said the breaks were fine! I will be back next year when they need to be replaced, Wayne and his team were very nice and helpful! They also stayed late to put air in my tires because when he was driving my car out of the bays he noticed I had a low tire light on. He said he was going to pull it back in the shop and fill up all my tires. He said "I can't let me leave with low tires!" THANK YOU”

“Bought a set of tires that ended up being rotted.. one of those tires was a poorly patched tire and leaked. They would not fix nor would they replace it because it was “outside of the 30 days” even though it was only 2 days. Poor service. You would think a business that’s been around for a while, would help a customer out when they’ve been a returning customer. Never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Editing to add and change my review; the owner himself found me and reached out via Facebook. He is working to help and fix the issue if possible being that this happened months ago. I have always had good things to say about Southeast. And this goes beyond that now.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Total Tire Solutions in Baton Rouge… last Wednesday (11/8/23) I was headed west on I-10, and had just (thankfully) crossed the Mississippi River bridge when the right front tire of my 40’ RV blew out. 2pm. I was dealing (unsuccessfully) with my insurance roadside service for over 5 hours - many snafu’s, nobody showed up, couldn’t get anyone on the line - finally they said ‘sorry, we can’t find anyone - you’ll have to get your own help and we’ll reimburse you’. Not only did Kevin at Total Tire call me back (I found them on google and left an after hours message), he sent someone immediately to help me. Eric was on call and showed up ASAP with a tire, a smile, and took care of getting my tire changed as traffic whizzed by us just inches away. I exited and parked for the night, got directions to their shop on Choctaw, and the next morning drove over there and bought all new tires for my RV. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! “My truck had a flat tire and Chuck, Billy, and Corbe were fantastic about helping me with it. They diagnosed the problem as a nail in the tire. I was lucky enough to require only a patch, which they promptly fixed. Then, they went Above and Beyond by putting the wheel locks on my truck for me. And Chuck said he'd even buy me lottery tickets because I was so lucky today about the tire! Just kidding, I'm the one who said I should get lottery tickets. But, still, they were all so helpful and sincere that I bet he would have! I'm very fortunate to have such a great place to do business with in my own neighborhood. I am so happy with how my experience went.”
