As of May 10, 2023. The property of stadium square is boarded up and uninhabitable. I suppose that could change, but no one can currently live there.

I have been a resident at Tiger Plaza for about a year and a half. I also recently went to the local news station about this complex. They might be under new ownership, but that doesn't mean anything. There is massive amounts of squatting in empty apartments, which the management has full knowledge of and does nothing about. The police are on the property multiple times a week due to break ins and destruction of property, once again the management knows fully about this and does nothing about it. They haven't had any type of security since the end of May, and even then it was a short run situation as they found out that several of the security guards were squatting in empty apartments as well. There are potholes throughout the complex but in the back there are ones that can and have done serious undercarriage damage to vehicles and people are told it's not the properties fault and they have to claim it on their insurance. One of the two exit security gates is open 24/7, and now the other doesn't even open.Since I've been here, I've gotten a lot of lip service but no actual work on fixing issues in my apartment. I'm willing to bet that Tiger Plaza probably wont be open for much longer as they have recently lost their HCV certification due to health and safety issues and have been deemed an unsafe area to live in.So if you get the chance, run like you're on fire because this place is not worth the cost they will charge you to live here.

Zero stars! What happened to this complex??? I am guessing awful management. If you pass in front of the complex, there is a huge pile of trash and that sums up the entire place!

ZERO STARS!!! GUN SHOTS!! Someone put them out of business! ROACHES! NO CENTRAL AC for 3 months!!!!! In the summer!!! Would you believe the management changes several times throughout my lease and they jus can't find anyone responsible or punctual to run the leasing office!!! ALL THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO GO BACK TO PRIMARY SCHOOL! Human Resource training or SOMETHING!!! Don't allow yourself or family members to go through this inconvenience. Save your money people.

This place and neighborhood is trash. If anyone is looking to lease I wouldn't. Upon going to see my girlfriend there are residents and people who roam the neighborhood who would go and harass her to the point I would have to leave class or work to make sure she is safe. Recently they added security but that means nothing in all honesty because they are of no use to anyone. I've watched as a man pulled up on the side of a woman as she screamed for help (with security sitting on the phone a couple of feet away mind you) and punch on her then pull off before security felt it was convenient enough to respond to the situation. There are CONSTANT gun shots and I've even witnessed ppl being shot and KILLED in the neighborhood. Now I don't even see the security anymore. I would never recommend this place to anyone

BUYER BEWARE!!! Living at Tiger Plaza has been hell. First off, the pool has been drained since we moved in a year ago. A person was SHOT and KILLED a few apartments down from us. A squatter broke into the apartment next to us, and when we reported him to the office, their response was to tell us that, "...[they] understand, as [they] live here too. What [they] do is keep [their] head down, don't go out late, and keep [their] door locked." Needless to say, the squatter lived in/trashed the apartment for months. :) Not only that, but the squatter created an infestation of roaches that then began going up the pipes into OUR apartment! The office has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and overall useless. Don't waste your money living here. Unless, of course, you enjoy living in filth and having your car broken into. Then, by all means, Tiger Plaza is the place for you.

Only live here if you can’t afford anywhere else. The front office is extremely unorganized, and the area is dangerous. Since I’ve moved in in September, there have been at least 6 shooting incidents, one of which was right outside my window.Skip this place unless you really need the low rent.

Very exciting place to live if you enjoy the thrill of living on the edge of being murdered or robbed! If you're into gunshots and heroin look no further! This is the place for you! Beautifully decorated with fresh dog feces and rotten food, you'll find your time at Tiger Plaza has an ambiance few can match. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the people watching as trashy people scream and fight through all hours of the day and night. Want your car broken into in broad daylight? Look no further! You certainly don't have to worry about being disturbed by pesky maintenance or management people as neither will ever do a damn thing regardless of how many times you call them.

My experience with the tiger plaza stadium squad is a very bad one, everything in the apartment is broken nothing is working. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially with children, I have 4 children and my life has been miserable living here because I had to deal with everything by myself even after paying rent. The ataff are completely set of unserious people they do not know there job. I'm just upset.

Would rate lower but 1 will suffice. Some highlights of my two years living there: -Lost my original lease, as well as processing fee receipts, which required signing a second lease with a second round of fees. -Gunshots on the regular from the surrounding neighborhood, multiple times a week on too many occasions. -Neighbors in other units who dump raw food on the ground outside of dumpsters -Maintenance that has to be requests 3+ times to even show up, at which point you will likely need to more visits to get the problem actually fixed -Constant domestic disturbances from fighting neighbors all hours of the day/night -"Complex Security" which is frankly a joke and usually just means broken entrance gates -Having visitors have their cars towed from visitor spaces -Refusal to address deposit, have called on three separate occasions and have gotten "we will get back to you" every time. -The office will pass the buck for EVERYTHING. Nothing is their responsibility ever. -There are no mail boxes. The owners were apparently tampering with federal property when they told people they could use them. -The buildings are not cleaned out before moving in. We found heroin in our bathroom. -Units not in use are left with the windows open for weeks at a time. Mold smells are common and not addressed. -The office will screen your calls if they get tired of hearing from you. They stopped answering calls from my roommate, but answered immediately from a different number. Will hang up on you if you mention legal action. The only reason we didn't sue on our way out is because we were so fed up with this place that we'd rather just take the financial hit and never have to speak to them again. Only live here if you have literally no other choice and plan to be gone in a year if you do. It is a slum that advertises itself as safe college housing.
