Poor customer service. I was treated like I did not know what I was talking about. They refused to listen or actually help. We went to another plumbing supply store. They listened. I was right. We fixed the problem.

I arrived to pick up a prepaid purchase but when the lady came out, instead of bringing it to my car up came a hand telling me to come get it from the dock because she did not want to walk down the steps. I was not aware that this was the procedure. Quite unusual and terrible service,

Great place They always have exactly what i needed for my plumbing repairs. They have amazing staff from the sales counter to the show room to the warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
