First time having someone else do my laundry first me and was most definitely impressed by their service from washing, drying, folding and bagging not to mention it was all.fome within a timely manner! As a busy mom and wife I will definitely be using this service again!

I have REPEATEDLY asked that my blouses, pants and tee shirts be on HANGERS. I, at the same time, have requested that my NIGHTGOWNS, NOT be on hangers, but folded. I was assured after my last order, with it still incorrect - that it would be correct from then on.Today, my laundry is received…EVERY NIGHTGOWN (15) is on a hanger. Yet, my tee shirts (9) are all folded. Makes no sense. Could’ve put my 9 tee shirts on hangers, rather than the 15 nightgowns! I will not use them again.

I used the delivery service for the first time last month and it was great. This time I used them for regular laundry and dry cleaning. My laundry was delivered folded and organized by the next day. The dry cleaning portion was not complete and I was told that it would be a couple more days. My original pickup was on a Monday and today is Saturday and I called to check on my dry cleaning and no one could tell me where my clothes were or when they could be delivered back. Will not use this service again.

This is a lifesaver service! I am in a wheelchair and my washer broke. They pick up AND deliver! Such sweet people as well. You can set service online and they ask special instructions as well. Very prompt and extremely professional. Everything comes folded and hung on hangers. LIFE SAVER! Not expensive either. I could use every complimentary word in the dictionary. Highly recommend!!!!
